硬石酒店位置不錯，晚上聽聽音樂喝一杯，不錯！但是房間裏會比較吵，喜歡早睡的朋友不太適合。其次，我不得不説硬石酒店的早餐很難吃，晚餐自助很難吃！食物更適合馬來朋友！食物和口味不適合中國朋友或者華人朋友！所以，我真的不會再去硬石酒店，我還是為選擇對面的威斯丁酒店。

We 1st time visited Desaru & check in Hard rock hotel as early as 12.30pm. Most surprising was that Waterpark were open on eve of ***** New Year, thought it should be close for maintenance on every Tuesday. Family enjoyed very much at hard rock hotel & were looking forward to revisiting again.

Perfect for families, easy access to the waterpark and tickets through the hotel (tickets purchased from entrance) and fully equipped amenities at the hotel. Service was great too!

A happening place, for kids, and party adults. We preferred a quieter environment to chill... The hotel kept well! Friendly staff and securities, they even greet you in a quiet passage way.

1.酒店位置比較偏，從新山打Grab大概120～300馬幣，打車時間很重要非高峯120馬幣就可以，回程車較少，但可以打的到。 2.選硬石還是威斯汀，硬石離水上公園近，去水上世界可以隨時進出，算是福利，每天晚上8點～11點半，有搖滾表演算是很有特色，另外房間音響很好，喜歡音樂的不錯。威斯汀沒住，硬件應該不差，這裏靠海邊，去海邊沙灘方便。兩個酒店都在一起，距離5～7分鐘。 3.硬石房間確實有螞蟻，且較多，考慮熱帶還可以接受。早餐種類很多，但是不太和中國人口味，還是可以的。晚上看了下自助餐，也是一樣，最後用grab叫了吃的，KFC，必勝客，還有中餐炒飯都有，大概30-40min。 4.水上樂園項目不多，不過好處是人不多，不用排很長的隊（僅限於自己玩的這段時間），樂高也是。

I love the room, it is clean and comfortable to stay. As for morning breakfast ,there’s alot varieties of food to choose. Will come again and bring my family to stay over.

The F&B outlets were equally impressive, with a good selection of dining options that I thoroughly enjoyed. That said, the breakfast spread, while sufficient, could be improved to better reflect the high standards associated with the Hard Rock Hotel brand. The reception staff were polite, but I felt they didn’t fully embody the signature Hard Rock hospitality vibe that sets the brand apart. Additionally, the check-in experience, while smooth and efficient, was quite ordinary and lacked the engaging atmosphere that would make it more memorable. Overall, my stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru was enjoyable, but with a few refinements in service and breakfast quality, it could truly elevate the guest experience to match the brand’s reputation.
