Het Htl is super gd,staf behulpzaam,mall en hotel zijn naast me kaar,ontbijt heel goed,alle varianten,en restaurant eten super gd,omgeving is mooi ,ik dank de manager de Gr Rayon een bijzonder goed persoon van dit hotel,kamer is heel schoon een junior suite heb ik,heel groot,water, koffie,welkomst gebak,en nog van alles wordt geserveerd,sambutan dari manager,

四星酒店設施設備還可以'我最唔滿意嘅地方，現在酒店房間沒有提供牙膏'牙刷'拖鞋'浴袍'現在打電話給客房服務，才會給你非常不方便，呢間四星酒店我由開張至到現在越做越差，以後不會再住

Was told that non-smoking rooms were unavailable for the day. However, when we mentioned about allergy to smoke, it was available. Kind of strange but won't wanna probe further. Bed and pilows were great. No road noise, gym was good. Connection to the mall was excellent. Likely to stay again if visiting Lampung
