I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Tried out the spa & massage facility as apparently this is the only 4 star hotel in the city that offers the spa service to non staying guests and caters to female market, not sure about Sheraton (tried to reach out but to no avail). To sum up, it was the worst massage experience I have ever experienced by far. No one was attending at the reception desk when we arrived, we had to go inside and call for the staffs while they were chit chatting at the back. The whole treatment was tormenting rather than relaxing, the spa therapist clearly had not been receiving proper training beforehand. Uniform is way too revealing, you can tell that the therapist was not feeling comfortable wearing it. She kept adjusting her clothes in between the treatment. At the end of the treatment, we were told that card payment is not accepted and we had to pay either by cash or bank transfer to their personal account🤔 We asked for the billing and they could only give us the yellow copy instead of white. Understand that it is managed by third party, but if it is a facility inside the hotel I suppose the hotel management should pay attention to it as it will eventually affect the image of the hotel.
