They didn’t respond to my email about how to get to the hotel, had to figure it out on my own. Don’t respond to social media messages either which is a shame. The place is hard to get to. The food was alright. But the view makes up for all of the above.

The national park is beautiful and a highlight of our trip. There are a number of hotels around the lake but we were not able to compare them. We took a group longboat / speedboat to the resort and the crossing is about an hour. The resort composes of a number of water bungalows, giving out directly on to the lake, with your own kayak. The rooms are ‘eco’ styled, but have air con and limited wifi. The views are simply amazing and the resort has a very laid back vibe. There are limited facilities, the emphasis being on the natural beauty and getting away from everything. The staff are very friendly and the food excellent. Two or three nights allows a few trips and was about right for us. Simply amazing.

Great food, great sunsets The restaurant is phenomenal, maybe some of the best food we had in Thailand. All excursions are extra and the main activity is really to just watch the sunrise and sunset, kayak, swim, and just enjoy the sounds of the first around you. The villas get pretty warm during the day, even with the AC running, though it all cools off nicely at night.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at 360° Issara from January 15–17, 2025. I had booked an expensive villa room, and got hosted in a standard room without any mentions by the staff. Upon arrival, I asked about the booked (and already paid for) villa room but was informed that it was unavailable because the hotel was only 50% complete — a fact that was never disclosed to me beforehand. Without any information, I was downgraded to a small, standard double room that lacked basic furnishings: no seating for two, no table, and no proper storage for clothes. I had to keep my luggage and clothing on the floor, which was incredibly inconvenient. This situation was really disappointing as the holiday was me and my wifes honeymoon. The so-called "luxury resort" fell far short of expectations. The restaurant served lukewarm meals, and my wife and I never received our food at the same time, forcing us to eat separately - no matter whether we were the only table at the restaurant or not. But with no other dining options nearby, we had no alternatives. Furthermore it was clear that large parts of the resort were unfinished, yet we were still charged the full price for subpar accommodations and services. The staff on site were very friendly in general. However, we were always referred to our travel agency regarding the unfinished rooms once we asked to at least be paid back the difference in costs of our booked villa room and the standard room we got. Despite reaching out to the agency multiple times now to address these issues, I still received no response. Neither the hotel staff nor the agency reacts to any of my messages - I cannot believe that people would put up a scam such as this and am very disappointed as they advertise different room options, charge you for it beforehand and then do not give you back the money you paid for a room that does NOT even exist! This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and travel agency until it is fully operational and capable of delivering standard service and the luxury experience it promises.

Das Hotel hält seine Versprechen, alles sehr sauber gehalten, die Leute die uns den Urlaub verschönern sind alles sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Nachteil sind halt die Gäste. Menschen die mit Drohnen sich selbst im Zentrum darstellen, ein Grund warum wir zum letzten Mal verreist sind. Die Menschen haben vergessen um was es beim Reisen geht nicht um sich selber, sondern andere Länder und Menschen und deren Kulturen kennen zu lernen. Dieses Verhalten führt zu respektlosem Verhalten und vermiest allen Mitmenschen nur weiter die Laune, eine nicht endende Spirale, nur von den Angestellten wird dann erwartet, dass sie alles schluckt und lächelt. Bewundernswerte Menschen kann man da nur sagen, ganz anders die Gäste die meinen sie stehen über allen. Wir brauchen das nicht mehr.
