decent stay clean and spacious unit. allowed early checkin when we arrived.room service was unavailable and breakfast was ala carte with limited choices. perhaps due to monsoon season n weekday, as not many guests were here.

Can see lizard's poo in the room. The room has musty smell. Blanket n pillow all with musty smell.

Hotel lama. Bilik agak kurang bersih maybe sbb staff kurang. minta lain dapat lain. towel tak cukup. minta iron sangatlah pama nak sampai. Bilik meeting dekat dengan dewan utama, terganggu dengan bising dari event dewan utama.

Tempat menarik cuma service agak kurang memuaskan. Terpaksa menunggu hampir 1 jam untuk check in bilik..

PRO Hotel location walking distance to beach and close to popular dining places & cafes. Helpful & Attentive staff. CONS This is an aging hotel and the maintenance can`t catch up as the years progresses. Our first night was terrible when we found out that the bed is full of bed bugs. The next morning they apologised for the issue and we were transferred to a new room. There always old marks & old stains on the bedsheet, blankets, toilets, walls but might be acceptable for some. No phone in the room, you have to call using your own phone if you want to reach the front counter. Breakfast 2.5/5. Again cleanliness is the issue, bowls, plates, you will find some particles in them. And the food is just average and cold. OVERALL : Just ok, below my expectation. WILL I RETURN? : Maybe no

This is not my 1st time staying here. So far all good. The service and facilities are good just like before. Well maintained.

Great location for resting. Everything is good. However, I would like to request that the housekeeping staff pay extra attention to cleaning under the bed and chairs. Thank you.

Kawasan hotel menarik dan bersih, kolam renang yang kuas, cuma keadaan bilik yang tidak berapa kemas, tiada amenities didalam bilik air. Harga agak tidak seepadan dengan bilik. Aircond ok sangat sejuk, perlu perubahan dalam mengatur keadaan bilik yng terlalu outdated dan jauh dari kemodenan.

Average but value for money! Despite stayed for 1 night on weekday, we did enjoyed our stay here. Huge swimming pools and 5 minutes walking distance to Cherating Beach.

Good place to stay

Nothing much to say., hope the management will make sure the cleanliness for each room.,my room has so many spiderweb.,during check in around 9.30pm., the staff on duty bring the kids, and the boy who 1st greet me during check in 😅😬
