room are clean , staff very friendly and helpfull . The hotel manager very friendly dn good person. I like stay here. recommended . I give 5 star

When I entered the room I can feel the humidity is quite serious. There is a sign of mould in the wall but covered by paint. But it is quite obvious. I spoken to front desk and they change another room but same problem. So I have to accept as there are no option to get full refund. 😞

Lokasi yang menarik berhampiran Pusat Bandar Baling. Dari tingkap bilik no 15 dan no 17, terdapat pemandangan gunung Baling yang sangat indah. Kebersihan bilik adalah memuaskan. Kemudahan Wifi percuma tidak dapat dinikmati di dalam bilik penginapan No 15 dan no 17. Kemudahan TV ada disediakan didalam bilik, tetapi tidak mendapat liputan. Bunyi yang agak bising dari excelerator fan dalam bilik air di bilik no 15.
