Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin. Hands down the best resort to stay at Nusa Dua. The service and cleanliness are top notch. There were so many complimentary activities included in our stay & didn't run out of things to do. The buffet is great with so many selection of good and great barista coffee. We will definitely be back and make sure we stay longet. We will recommend this place to our family and friends.

4일 숙박했는데 규모나 시설면에서 만족했습니다 직원들 친절이 몸에 베여있고 그래서 이호텔에 대한 가기전과 숙박후 완전히 달라졌어요 완죤 4일내내 만족했습니다 발리 컬렉션과 셔틀로 운행되고 수영장에서 먹었던 햄버거 넘 좋았어요 발리 호텔 고민하시면 이쪽으로 결정하세요 허니문 신혼부부도 만족 하실거예요 완죤 이쁩니다

床單真的很臟…有血和一些不知名污漬，房間裏小蟲子挺多的，照以往住過的五星酒店除蟲方面都做得挺好的，但服務態度不錯，整個峇裏島服務都挺好

各方面都相當棒，因為是自駕，嘛每次回酒店直接開到大堂門口，有專門負責泊車的，第二天出門之前就回去取車回來給我們，並且把空調開好，服務質量超級棒，一共住了四天三晚，各方面都特別棒，早餐也很好吃，明天都很開心，瓶裝水充足，贊

房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，不錯，推薦

房間很大，乾淨整潔，佈置了歡迎的造型，贈送了蛋糕。餐廳外水池中很多魚，鷺鷥和斑鳩偶爾穿行覓食，運氣很好看到了五爪金龍（蜥蜴）在水中經過。潔白的沙灘，清澈的泳池，太棒了。晚餐預訂在Hamabe,非常精緻的菜品

Had a good stay for 2 days. Room is clean location with beach just walking distance. However the room aircon is not cold looking forward to improve.

這家威斯汀相當推薦；酒店內餐飲價格跟歐美一個標準，感覺略貴，其他的無可挑剔。因為是早班飛機到的峇裏島，10點就到了酒店，前台衹説儘快打掃完讓我們入住。12 點就進房了趕緊補覺。 這個酒店基本上就是白人，中國人就我們一組。

+ve :Exceptional staff, all wearing a smile. Friendly, helpful. :Stayed in family suite, it was huge! Even after laying all bags n luggage open, there is still plenty of space. :Direct access to the beach, clean and nice. :Multiple pools & a shallow kids pool. :There r activities for kids&adults throughout the day. -ve :Sheets can be cleaner. There are visible stains. : Facilities are dated, Lift without sensor, manual doors etc. Abit difficult when pushing stroller & luggage.

Ikan restaurant (beach site restaurant) of the hotel is great! Nice view, and good food.
