Everything was good. Something happen, we didnt managed to get the room we want, but the hotel staff was professional enough to handle the situation. The manager did his best trying to accommodate and compensate our lost. Thank you. Just a reminder, to those who want to book a suite, do indicate in ur booking. We assumed that all suite was pool side shown in the description photo, but ended up the room was on level 3. There are only 1 suite room per level, so please do not misled by the photos. The hotel was good, and we will come back again.

Last minute booking with the volcanic ash delaying flights. Staff were kind about late arrival

Location is great

Two nights (suites). Many activities, foods and shops around. 100 meters to the beach. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean room.

The service and attention to detail is immaculate. Hotel is located 5 to 7mins walk away from shopping districts. Tons of bars and restaurants around the area. Extremely clean rooms and pool view. Pool is clean with beds provided.

Love the 'smell' of the hotel - smell coffee in the lift, and the room upon entering - lovely aroma! Just love the senses. The design of the room is very nice, unique, practical, modern, sleek. The pool is long and nice, but a bit 'narrow'. The breakfast is not buffet style, but in sets that you can choose from. Location is close to all restaurants and bars, and shopping. Love it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and clean, the food delicious and the location is near the beach.

Estuvimos en dos ocasiones en este hotel durante nuestro viaje, la primera nos dieron una habitación al fondo y todo fue perfecto, muy tranquila y perfecta. Dada la primera experiencia, decidimos repetir el día antes de un vuelo que salía pronto y su cercanía al aeropuerto. En esta ocasión nos dieron una habitación cercana a recepción, en esta ocasión todo fue mal, muchísimo ruido por lo que no pudimos dormir hasta pocas antes de salir del hotel, lo peor de todo es que la música parecía salir del restante del hotel...

Obviously, the territory of the hotel is quite small. The windows view is on the opposite side of the another hotel. There is a construction near here. So, it is nosy during the day. There are a few sunbeds on the beach, but they were busy. The swimming pool and room facilities are good.

Great hotel for the price.
