Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort arvostelua

Everything went really well except the last day of me stay. Extended check out to 4pm but every hourly power trip. The last was bathing half way and no electric plus phone is not working at all to connect to front desk. Apart from this, warn welcome by Sofitel upon arrival and staff real friendly and efficient actually. Never failed to attend to us as I have two old folks with me. Room is real spacious and gracefully maintained. Bed is SO big and comfy. Linen and towels are good quality kind and new. At least in 2024. Room with a nice view facing sea, Sitting at the balcony, listening to the sea breeze and looking beach side massage, very relaxing. A wide variety of tv channels and full amenity toiletries provided. Bath tub is huge too with complimentary bubble bath and bath salt provided. Actually not much options of asean option restaurants, mostly western. However, Room service has both western and asean food. Food taste not too bad, portion just right. Free shuttle service to bali collection on a hourly basis but first come first service basis. Huge hotel and they provided buggy service within hotel premises. All these are plus point after a tired day. Still I enjoyed my stay with Sofitel despite the hiccups which I was told is entire bali power trip. So I don’t blame them.

Местоположение прекрасное, отель хороший, мебель не свежая , но очень интересного дизайна и достаточно чистая. Персонал очень улыбчивый и отзывчивый, на все просьбы реагировал быстро. По утрам на пляже приносят бесплатно мороженое или прохладительный напиток. Хорошая косметика в ванной, все принадлежности всегда в наличии, мощный фен. Завтраки приличные , в принципе все есть. Хорошее постельное и подушки . Уборка ежедневная , без нареканий. По ночам 2-3 дня беспокоил геккон, но не критично. Самое неприятное это состояние океана , ибо в том году были в Нуса Дуа , но другой отель и там была чистая вода без водорослей, а тут вода мутная , много водорослей и даже периодически на дне они были, как ковер( вступать непонятно) и какие-то мелкие клопы/ крабы /червяки которые постоянно жутко кусали нас , как только мы заходили в воду . В целом по отелю все хорошо , но вот с океаном как-то не повезло в этот раз …

非常不錯的一次旅行！

拖遲了一個小時才入住，在大廳等了一個小時，加上咖啡機裏有蟲子，整體住宿體驗很差，不過意大利餐廳還不錯，

設施：很完備 衞生：整個都很乾凈！打掃也及時 環境：酒店有自己的一片沙灘，太舒服啦。自由的海邊游泳，曬太陽！ 服務：非常棒的服務！早餐選擇也還挺多！ 去峇裏島就住這一片海吧 性價比很高！

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht es an den Zimmer und der Anlage selbst, die bereits am vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Uns hat das BBQ Freitags am Strand besonders gut gefallen und wir können es weiterempfehlen. Die frisch gepressten Säfte beim Frühstück sind ebenfalls klasse. Das Frühstück an sich ist ok. Leider fehlt es an größeren Auswahl von frischen Gemüse, Salaten und Obst und das was zu Auswahl stand wurde wiederum nur langsam nachgefüllt. Es ist auch sehr schade, das jeden Tag nur die gleichen Früchte (Wassermelone, Papaya, Ananas und Honigmelone) zur Auswahl standen. Generell war die Auswahl an allen Sachen in anderen Sofitel’s in denen wir bereits waren viel viel größer und besser gewesen. Wir waren 4 Nächte hier und für uns war es zusammengefasst ok, hatten allerdings anhand der Bilder und Beschreibungen mehr erwartet.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua for such a wonderful stay! The whole team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt really well taken care of from day one. A special shoutout to Nikki, Sutarta, Bagus, and Diah – you were all so warm and thoughtful, and we truly appreciated it! The only downside for us was the beach – there were quite a lot of seaweeds, so we didn’t enjoy it as much as we hoped. But apart from that, everything at the hotel was amazing. Great structure, great vibes, and an unforgettable experience for our family. Hope to be back someday! Cheers,

酒店沙灘很漂亮早餐很豐富，泳池也很多。還有泡泡機，房間稍微老舊。訂的雙床房入住説沒房了給了大床房加床，後來攜程和酒店申請第二天升級了海景房。

Standard sofitel hotel like any other around the world. Run down and poor service. You won't get the 5 star experience here. It is located in the wrong side of Nusa Dua. Buffet breakfast was chaotic. Food was average and overpriced when you expect to be at least reasonable being in Bali. I hate everything about this place and will not return.

酒店環境很好，沙灘泳池酒吧應有盡有，沿着沙灘一路可以步行到其他酒店，不怕吃重複了。推薦酒店的意大利餐廳和泳池bar，景色優秀，味道在線。注意防蚊。酒店服務相當到位，態度很好，反饋很及時。 唯一遺憾的就是實在有點舊，衞生搞不乾淨的感覺。第一個房間有點臟，換了新房間衞生還是抱歉。但因為換的房間景色不錯就沒有再折騰。 Nusa Dua Collection有班車在一家家酒店門口接送，高峯期會滿員，當然打車很近也不貴。

服務態度好但是checkin checkout手續辦理的都非常非常非常慢 房間挺好的 但是海灘不好 小 也不算乾淨 而且是有落差的那種沙灘 整體不太推薦吧就

辦理入住被忽悠買餐卷，説孩子免費。實際拿到菜單裏面都是要進一步加價的。欺騙手段惡劣。

設施：很舒服，還蠻新的。Cucina做飯很難吃，齁鹹，我算是口比較重的了 衞生：很乾凈整潔 環境：就在海灘旁邊，沙子質量偏粗糙 服務：非常非常熱情，但我感覺應該沒有中文服務
