滿意，環境非常好，基本聽不到外面摩託車的轟鳴聲，泳池也很給力，住了一個禮拜，每天都會有人打掃，就是有個小提議，可以放一個驅螞蟻的裝置，螞蟻很多會爬到床上，雖然不咬人，但是有些膈應

比較適合幾個家庭一起，費用低，就是隔音要差一點點，晚上睡覺我比較容易驚醒，泳池是我最喜歡的，有那麼大，水也舒服

純看別墅出片沒啥問題，挺好的，但是靠着馬路真的非常吵，酒店可能就五六套別墅這個樣子，早餐沒有預訂，不知道怎麼樣

特別漂亮呀，然後住的很舒服，管家給打理的很乾凈，泳池也很乾凈，房間又大又舒服。我已經計劃好下一次去峇裏島還住這裏了。

跟團有兩天自由行，於是臨時想找家villa發呆過清凈日子。帶着一家二老二小，三室的獨立別墅簡直太適合了。泳池雖然不大，但給倆個小孩玩水足矣，還很有度假氛圍。門口的接待小姐姐也很甜很親切。早飯和晚餐都可以預訂，因為這家的餐食都是旁邊集團下另一家酒店提供的，會在説好的時間給送來，真正足不出户滿足所有要求了。Spa的話會開車送去隔壁villa做，非常近，選擇也很多，豐儉隨意。我挑了個精油熱石的按摩，90分鐘，320k，當然還要另算消費和税。做完會送你回酒店。可惜週末房間都訂完了，否則真想多呆一天好好休息發呆下。 二老的房間廁所稍微有點味道，海邊潮濕返潮的原因可能。空調對於我這種怕熱的人稍微是有點小，不過如果關掉廁所門會涼得比較快。設施確實有點老化，不過性價比真是很高了，金巴蘭的海灘日落雖然漂亮，但畢竟浪太大，不適合長者小孩遊玩，一樣是海邊曬太陽發呆吃海鮮，我寧可選個私密空間好的地方來享受安靜一刻。 酒店臨近馬路（well，在峇裏島除非是大酒店，就沒啥不在馬路牙子上的），會有traffic的聲音，不過睡覺一關門完全不影響。

整體非常好，環境的缺點是在大路邊，噪音大了點，服務也不錯，是相對酒店來説略差，總體真的很好，上下樓層兩個房間，獨立空間，大門一鎖，非常私隱，配了哈曼卡頓的藍牙音箱，非常完美

The Mutiara is fantastic value for money and the 3 bedroom villa we had was an amazing space for the family to enjoy. The private pool was incredible and the rooms were well appointed with everything needed. The communal villa area had a living room, sofas, a bar area, sink, microwave, fridge, and coffee drip machine. The hotel even provided a water bottle tower with free water which was amazing for 5 people. They also provided a great Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker to play music from our phones whilst enjoying the pool. The drawbacks were: Some fixtures and fittings are getting old and worn and the maintenance is not great. The ac in all the rooms was underpowered and not strong enough to keep the rooms cool enough at night. The location is not ideal as the road outside is very busy, there are not really any proper pavements and apart from a few small convenience stores locally, everything is a taxi ride to anything. The beach is too far on a dangerous road to walk.

Regarding the place, yes we want our guest having a good quality time in villa, which far from the busy and hype place, however we still want our guest having a fun where beach and even bar is located 5 minutes away from the hotel with motorcycle or car, we also provide car or motorcycle for our guest. Regarding the facilities it has come to our management which the properly training will be implemented to avoid reoccurrence. We value any feedback from our guests, as it is indispensable in striving for a better quality of service and product.
