Perdana Homestay Lembongan

We had the best stay in Perdana homestay.Property is an easy 50m walk up a lane way from Mushroom bay,where we were dropped of by the fast boat.The rooms and beds are comfortable and very clean with side tables,lamps,fridge and wardrobe.Bed has a mosquito net too.A basic bathroom with warm water,a vanity ,toilet and mirror. We stayed in a bungalow room with own balcony overlooking the swimming pool .The owner Gede was very helpful and we were able to rent a motorbike for the 5 days at a great price. Breakfast was basic,with a choice of things but did the trick. Their two dogies, Goma and Teddy were always there to greet you and say hello throughout the day. Will definitely stay at this homestay again. Quiet, clean and inviting, thanks for a great stay!!

I can't actually comment on the accomodation as we never got to experience it, but the experience we had overall was terrible. We had a booking for four nights for two bungalows. The money was taken the day before arrival and we arrived at around 5pm on a Sunday evening. After chatting to use for about half an hour (and we were starting to think we just really wanted to get to our rooms and jump in the pool), the owner said that one of the bungalows we had booked was damaged and not suitable for guests. Therefore, as we needed two, she had arranged for us to stay in the accomodation behind which was much newer. We were a little annoyed, as we had not had any prior notice of any issues, but went with it and walked to the other accomodation. Straight away we knew we could not stay there - it smelt damp and there was construction going on and no internet. We went back to Perdana and said we could not stay there and asked if what other options there were and to see the bungalow that was ok as maybe we would split up if necessary. That was when we were told that someone was already in our bungalow! I then asked to see the damaged bungalow in case we would be happy with it and was told there was a guest in that one! So both our bungalows had been given away. She kept claiming we would not have been happy with the damaged bungalow but I asked how she knew this, especially when someone else was happy to stay there. I cannot believe that no one messaged us to say there was an issue before we arrived! The only alternative accomodation we were offered was the first place, a family room (when we have booked two separate bungalows), and a place 6 mins walk uphill away from the beach on an unlit rough and flooded road (when we booked to be 30 seconds from the beach). We asked about the accomodation opposite and were told that is more money and she was not prepared to pay anything additional for us to stay. Despite it being her fault that we were being left without our original accomodation and really bad alternatives. She kept saying she had found us alternatives but would not accept they were completely different to what we had booked. She said she would give me my money back and we could pay anything extra somewhere as we could afford it. That was the start of her being very rude. I suggested that the guests who had not actually booked our bungalows move and she said that she had already told them they could stay and so she was not prepared to ask them. We were completely stuck and, by this point we were hot, frustrated and it was around 6.30pm and getting dark. We had no choice but to go to the accomodation across the way ourselves and they luckily had two bungalows and so we accepted we would have to pay more. I said to the Perdana Homestay owner I needed to collect the cash from her for our stay to pay for the new accomodation as we had not money left on the credit card, and our particular card has high international transaction fees. The perdqna homestay was great value. The staff were amazing. We had to extend our stay due to no ferry's the original checkout. This was no problem. Breakfast was basic but filled the whole. This is not 5 star, but for $30. Ticks the boxes. Only short walk to mushroom beach.

The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was very comfortable with effective mosquito nets and functional bathroom and air conditioning. The homestay was so close to the beach - an easy walk to find a place for dinner, cocktails and a beach swim. It's not 5 star but you're not paying for that either! Great value for money!

If you are heading to Mushroom Bay on Lembongan Island you can't go past this beautiful accommodation. Tiwi and her family were so accomadating, organising everything from boat tickets, scooters and gave great advice for touring around the island. We stayed in a bungalow which had super comfy beds and pillows, 10 steps away a nice pool that was super clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Breakfast was lovely and a small store on grounds for everything you need. We would definately return here on our next trip to the island, 5 stars from us.

Wunderbares Homestay mit freundlichen Besitzern die jederzeit helfen. Die Anlage, das Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück und leckeres Essen Anreise von Sanur über Mushroombay dann rechts am Strand kleine Gasse hoch ca 50 m links liegt das Homestay Ich war jetzt sechs Tage hier und wäre gerne noch länger geblieben aber leider sind sie ausgebucht. Noch ein Tipp zum Essen gehen Wenn man aus dem Perdana raus geht und nach 60 m links ab wiegt und weitere 60 m weiter läuft, gibt es das Warung Bu Kadek Hervorragendes indonesisches Essen für kleines Geld tipptopp, sauber und sehr nett Vielen Dank für alles
