Villa Immensity Zenissima

We have traveled around the world with our family and friends for many many years. This fell short for many reasons. A big negative was the distance from the beach. The property manager stated that it was 8 min drive from the beach. Even without traffic it was 15 min, and let me be clear. We did not make it to the beach in 15 min even one time. It took us anywhere from 30 min to over an hour. Additionally, every extra thing needed was an additional charge. The tables are cracked and falling apart, the bathroom fixtures are broken, and the concrete around the bedrooms and sinks left many toes sore. The staff was decent but we didn't require much of them. The drivers knew very little about the area and were not good tour guides. The water even went out in one of the villas and we realized it ourself after a long day. There was no one at the front when we went to check and had to call someone to get it looked at. Only after multiple calls did we get someone to answer and then we had to wait until they could send out a repair man. The mosquitos caused from over watering were the worst we encountered in all of our trips around the island. In home massages are done on a flat surface with no place to put your head. The staff: while some were helpful others were downright rude and refused to help at all. Calls to the management were required several times. The manager refused to talk to anyone except who booked the reservation. With a group this large and all paying the same amount, we all deserved to be handled equally. While there are a few restaurants and some little shopping nearby I wouldn't go so far as to say it is near shopping of any real kind. This is not located in a bustling part of town. I would describe it as a neighborhood area. If you are looking for something with high walkability, near the beach, or near some night life this is not the place for you. We personally would never recommend this villa to anyone we know.
