Райский уголок. Вежливый персонал, заселили раньше назначенного времени. Все чисто и замечательно. Бассейн был немного в листве, это можно понять так как были дожди. На кухне вся посуда в наличии, в спальне телевизор. Ванная комната на открытом воздухе просто класс.

Арендовали виллу с видом на сад, на неделю, в самом начале путешествия. Состояние виллы, далеко не первой свежести и мы за нее сильно переплатили. Чуть позже, когда искала 2 отель, Villa Coco вылезла в предложении на 25% ниже, вот такая цена для нее приемлема. Заказывала отель в спешке, за день до начала путешествия. Поторопилась. Но в целом проживание в этом отеле очень понравилось + Хорошее расположение, вилла чуть в глубине, поэтому там тихо, но при этом подъезд хороший Понравилось в целом жить на вилле, а не в отеле, это был первый опыт Вкусные завтраки, на выбор из меню ПЕРСОНАЛ. Все очень милые, улыбчивые и заботливые. Пошли на встречу и согласились, присмотреть за нашими чемоданами, пока мы отправились в Убуд на несколько дней. Душ на улице, гораздо комфортнее принимать, чем в помещении)) Травили комаров ежедневно Геконы, очень милые соседи, жили у нас на первом этаже Свой дворик и завтраки под пение птиц ❤️ - Насекомые. В целом для меня не критично, но если боитесь насекомых, то стоит задуматься. Муравьи, гусеницы, комары. Их довольно много Слышимость, если соседи есть, вы будите чувствовать их присутствие) Полотенца и правда все уставшие

Absolute terrible experience, too start we arrived at around 12-1pm we had requested early check in did not hear from them too say yes or no so we assumed it was fine. We then were told we had to wait until 3 to check in we asked for somewhere aircondioned area to sit and wait as we have a 5 year old a 4 year old and a 11 month old and were told to go by the pool, the pool was dirty and gross service at the bar was terrible, so we waited another hour and then we asked reception if there was anyway too fast track the room clean and the lady was very rude and aggressive telling us there is no way they could do that, while this was all happening the apparent owner or old owner mouthed something behind my back and when I asked what she said she said she had Tourette’s and she clearly did not and was just saying something rude, my brother has Tourette’s and I find this extremely rude and sad that she has joked or claimed to have a disability that is a very serious thing that effects the life’s of a lot of people including my own. Also on the website it states that strollers/prams and baby seats were available at the villa, when we asked about this we were laughed at and told that we were lying and there is no such thing I’ve attached a photo of prove that it had got this on their website. After all of this we finally got into our villa at 2:30-3pm straight away we noticed a really bad mould smell and that the floors were not clean at all despite waiting so long for the clean, we found that all the pillows were full of mould really bad if we had of slept on them it would of made us sick mould is toxic. The shower was outside and the building above could see right into the ‘bathroom’ making it really awkward and uncomfortable to shower especially with my young children. The cutlery was dirty and gross not cleaned properly, breakfast in the morning was cold and stale and tiny portions we threw most of it away, some of the staff were very helpful but some were very rude and condescending, Overall I do not recommend going to coco villa it was an experience we will never forget and 1 star is too good for this if we could it would be -5 stars, will never be coming back and will be trying to warn everyone about this horrendous Villa, we have tried multiple times to get into contact with the Australian owners with no luck at all leaving the poor Balinese staff to try deal with this all, not happy at all and I hope no one else has to go through what we just went through so spread the word STAY AWAY FROM mould infested villa coco

Thankyou for honouring our credit. We have stayed at the villas on a few occasions now both as a couple and once with our daughter and grandies. We have stayed in pool villas and garden bungalow. This visit we treated ourselves to a 1 bedroom pool villa. On arrival we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa. While we very much appreciated the upgrade from a couples prospective the large area lost a lot of the "couples vibe". The pool we found very difficult to get out of due to it only having a ledge to stand up on to get out. There was no actual step or rail wich made it a wee bit complicated for us older people to navigate a safe exit. There was also not alot of shade if you wanted to sit around the pool on the sunbeds. An umbrella would be great here. Staff were able to accommodate our request to change to the bungalow we had booked. Villa Cocos staff are second to none. They are at all times smiling ,friendly ,and any request are dealt with promptly. The staff and service is why we return along with its great position in Seminyak. The villas and bungalow are beiging to show the scars of time and post covid are in need if a little love and TLC. I believe they are getting some loving now. Wifi was upgraded while we were there and is now super fast and reliable. We enjoy our morning breakfast watching the squirrel play in the gardens and trees. Breakfast menu is great but on an extended stay can be come a little ho hum. My husband was very grateful for an upgrade to an American breakfast one morning. Overall we will always return here for the staff. The staff here are your greatest asset. Aryi your infectious laugh and smile will be missed. Until we meet again.

Ich war alleine hier in einem Einbett Studio. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Bad im Außenbereich ist total toll. Mein Studio war ganz einfach, hatte eine Terrasse, einen Kühlschrank, einen Safe und viel Platz. „Studio“ ist die günstigste Kategorie, dafür war es sehr gut. Die anderen Villen mit Garten oder Pool scheinen der Wahnsinn zu sein. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, in der Gegend sind Minimärkte (kleine Supermärkte), viele Restaurants und der Strand ist nicht weit. Die Unterkunft liegt auf der Grenze von Seminyak und Legian. Bis zum Zentrum von Seminyak ist es ein Stück. Empfehlenswert, hierhin würde ich gerne wieder kommen.
