Air conditioner is leaking , and we ask to change another room, they said full occupancy, but when we check with application still many rooms to order, we move to the different hotel because no response when we complain. 5 rooms we rent only 1 we stay , the others move to another hotel.

A medium sized hotel with all expected amenities. Good sized room and bathroom well equipped but little dated. Great breakfast, lovely pool and fantastic TV staff. Well served by taxis that are required to access local sights. Only 25 mins drive to airport

入住這間度假村，整體來說感受有好有壞。房間的設備較為老舊，整潔度有待加強，潮濕的問題比較明顯，影響了住宿的舒適度。然而，飯店提供不少適合小朋友的活動與設施，對於親子家庭來說是個加分項目。如果是帶小孩出遊，這裡會是一個不錯的選擇，但若是比較重視房間品質的旅客，可能需要多加考慮。

We had a really nice stay at the royal tulip. The staff was nice and very helpful. The hotel is a bit old but the effort is there to keep it up to standard. We were first put at the first floor in a room by the pool which was quite humid but after mentioning it to the hotel they have prepared another room for us which was perfect. No humidity or smell. We had enjoyed the gym, the pool and the very diverse breakfast. We would like to say a special thanks to Agus who was one of our best encounter in a hotel so far. He is working at the restaurant and is indeed a wonderful person. The hotel was helpful all the way and even opened the gym and pool earlier when we needed to exercise before to start our journey.
