It’s an average hotel tbh.room was okay and we liked the restaurant by the beach. The Bar singer sang very well and enhanced our dinning experience However, we do not recommend the dolphin service here ,the whole point visiting lovina was chasing dolphins but the captain was so unprofessional and seems like he wasn’t interested in helping us get to the dolphins location while other captains there rushed whenever they saw one ,u would think oh since the dolphin experience was bad we can atleast enjoy the snorkeling but no the snorkeling experience was so so bad too , we asked the captain to take us to other snorkeling spots since we can’t see any fish or pretty corals it was literally nothing down there and he refused and claimed that many people snorkels here😑he basically did nothing to make our experience better and Having a good captain is key to seeing the dolphin up close So if Ure just here for the beach n amenities yes but out to the sea big no no

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to an ocean-view room—waking up to the sound of the waves was absolutely amazing. One of the most unforgettable moments was witnessing a sea turtle laying eggs on their beach—a truly magical experience! On top of that, their local beer was fantastic—perfect for relaxing by the sea. Everything about this place made our stay special, and we’d love to come back again!

Отдыхали в ловине (отель бронировали на двое суток, утром ездили плавать с дельфинами! Сказать что мы в воторге- ничего не сказать! Прекрасный отель! Весь персонал улыбчивый, отзывчивые, всегда здороваются, спрашивают как у нас дела! Мне необходима была помощь, купить зарядное устройство вечером, они предоставили водителя (в отеле есть такси за доп.плату)и он отвез нас в магазин, купить зарядное устройство. Ребята на ресепшене носили наши вещи при ща везде и выезде. В номерах чисто, есть все удобства: ванные принадлежности, фен, чайник, чайный набор, полотенца для бассейна. На территории два бассейна:во дворе и у океана, там де ресторан. Вечером на ресторан пели певцы. Сотрудницы девочки стоят всегда рядышком пока мы кушали, сразу все убирают, помогают носить еду, если вы кушаете не в ресторане а на улице или у бассейна.  Мы в восторге от этого отеля и его сервиса! На высоком уровне! Однозначно еще вернемся сюда!🌸 рекомендую здесь побывать, уединение, чистота и восхищение! Спасибо персоналу и хозяевам отеля! Хочу добавить, на берегу шикарные закаты и красивые рассветы 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Территория отеля шикарная, также имеется спортзал, теннисный стол и бильярд💔

What can I say other than perfection from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful always offering a warm hello. My room was better than I expected, serviced daily and always left smelling nice. Food and cocktails superb, the best pork dish I've ever had, compliments to chef. I never felt lonely, the restaurant manager and bar staff always up for a friendly chat and made sure the best table reserved for me. I would definitely recommend and would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful memorable stay.

房間裏有一個超大的室外浴室，第一次在大自然中洗澡，能量爆棚。酒店裡提供早餐、下午茶和晚餐水果，真的是太棒啦

性價比超高，還有黑色沙灘可拍照，驚喜

挺好的離追海豚的地方也很近，服務也很好

房間新也乾淨，每天都打掃。員工很熱情友好，酒店外就有船可以追海豚🐬

旅行最大之驚喜。 超絕性價比，很難相信這是300.400能住到的酒店。 這麼好的酒店怎麼會有那麼多惡評真的很可惡。 來之前看到評價説有螂很擔心，甚至一度想換酒店，因為太害怕了。但是想着四個箴言，來都來了，就住一晚，就硬着頭皮住了，但是酒店的所謂的蟲子就是東南亞旅遊都避免不了的小毛毛蟲，而且衹存在公共區域，房間並沒有，而且服務人員真的很熱情，看到眼神充滿尋找的我們就會主動上前詢問：需要幫助嗎？餐廳也是合格線水平。總得來説超出預期，絕對沒有那些惡評説的不堪！（來去匆匆忘了拍照，後面兩張用動物園的照片湊數）
