設施： 酒店整體設施還是比較齊全的，但整體裝修風格略顯一般。與房價不太匹配。 衞生： 這方面還是很不錯的，符合一個五星酒店的標準。 服務： 酒店工作人員的服務態度很不錯，很熱情。

Гостиница очень современная, номера и территория отлично оформлены, много места. Персонал супер. Кровать очень удобная с мягким постельным бельем, номер просторный. Завтраки вкуснейшие, есть даже кокосовый йогурт без сахара и комбуча для зожников. Да, отель не у моря, но шаттл ходит, как часы, никаких проблем у нас не возникало. Все безумно понравилось: чисто, стильно, красиво, гостеприимно!

This hotel is truly one of the best! The accommodations are spotless, and the entire facility is incredibly family-friendly. Kids are treated to free ice cream, and the kids’ club offers a variety of fun, free activities to keep them entertained. Breakfast is a highlight—definitely not to be missed. What made my stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday surprise. The staff decorated my room and gifted me a birthday cake, making me feel truly celebrated. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly hotel with excellent service, this is the perfect choice!

被子肯定沒換，太噁心了，好幾個血點，房間一股黴整味，從沒住過這麼臭的5星，馬上叫了房間服務來換，都10點多了，要不是我發現了，不就這麼睡進去了！很生氣！空調最高衹能24度，開一會就冷。大家別來！其他再好，衞生這麼差，有啥用！ 衞生：太差

チェックインスタッフの接客いい。 2日間とても気持ちよく過ごせた。 カイトをつくるアクティビティに参加し、他の参加者と交流もできて楽しかった。 朝食会場が3店舗あり、違うレストランにも行き来できて良かった。品揃えも豊富で美味しい。
