Останавливались на сутки для удобного расположения у пирса . Персонал вежливый, номера чистые . Работал вайфай и очень порадовал бар и бассейн на территории . Есть прачечная и можно оставить чемодан в багажной комнате.

酒店整體不大，幾棟小別墅，有私人泳池，設施不算新，浴衣簡直太破了哈哈。前台可以選漂浮早餐，本來給的是透明漂浮籃，提出要求後小哥很耐心給換了竹籃，拍出照片很好看。酒店離烏布市場走路半小時，打車的話司機都是不願到酒店的，可以讓酒店擺渡車送到方便打車的地點。

住了四晚，每晚3000不到。這是我住過三千元酒店裡體驗最差的一次。也許店主想做一個高級別墅旅館，但設施和設計華而不實，沒有高級感。問題不少： 1.房間有蟲子 2.石頭浴缸放在户外很小的空間裏，讓人感覺侷促也不衞生，反正我們沒用過一次。 3.淋浴房 廁所與卧室之間沒有門，也沒有簾子，直接相通 4.宣傳片裏的泳池拍的很美。實際感覺不衞生，住了四晚，沒看見一個人在裏面游泳。 5.房間衹擺了兩瓶礦泉水。去前台要過兩次，都給的不痛快 6.最後一天請前台幫我們叫車送機場，説好500k，在前台預付車費時又説600k。當我們提出質疑時，老闆馬上又改口説，好吧好吧，500k好了。讓人感覺能坑一點算一點。實際用Grab叫車，不足400k 客觀地講，酒店員工還是很nice，餐廳的披薩做的不錯。

烏布住這裏真的很舒服，性價比也很高！很喜歡，下次會再來！

Regrettably, I must share my disappointment with the hotel's customer service during our recent stay. On the evening of the 10th Feb'24, after a tiring day of exploring, we encountered a landslide near the hotel due to heavy rain. Understanding the situation, we reached out to the hotel for assistance, hoping for guidance or support. However, the response from the hotel was disheartening. Despite our plea for help, we were simply told that nothing could be done until the road was cleared. This lack of empathy or willingness to assist guests in a challenging situation was truly disappointing. We were left stranded, exhausted from our travels, and unable to safely navigate the long walk back to the hotel in the rain. It was only through the ingenuity and compassion of our tour driver that we got from Klook that we were able to find a solution. He took the initiative to arrange for locals with bikes to transport us back to the hotel, showing more concern for our well-being than the hotel staff did. While I understand that natural occurrences like landslides are out of their control, the lack of proactive assistance or even basic concern for guests' safety was unacceptable. In the future, I hope the hotel will consider implementing better emergency protocols or at the very least, show more empathy and support for guests facing unexpected challenges. Our experience, unfortunately, fell short of the hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment. the good side is food is awesome.

酒店很清幽，適合度假，職員也很友善，唯一是地理位置有點偏僻，出入必須要call車，早上有免費瑜伽可以參加，整體不錯。

Good services from hotel good view and private swimming pool

很棒的旅行體驗，行程匆忙衹住了三天但是確確實實讓我有一種不想離開的感覺。每一個員工都很開朗且熱情，有任何問題都可以及時給予解決，可以很熱情的和你聊天，和每個工作人員都可以無障礙英語交流。 酒店的房間佈置很用心，設施完善，兩千多元的價位對比一線酒店真的很划算好嘛！ 餐廳真的太棒了！從擺盤到口味完全沒有被敷衍的感覺，可以熱心的給你推薦菜品（給我們推薦了另一種當地寬麪與本來的pasta結合，真的很美味！）。每天接觸最多的就是餐廳的員工，每一個都很熱情，讓你很有歸屬感的地方。 地理位置也很好，基本處於各個景點的中間位置，酒店可以提供摩託車租賃非常方便！出門往左就是xhs上強烈推薦的徒步路線（終點karsa cafe）的路上 總之真的很值，讓我想以後有時間常住的地方！

This place is really best place in Ubud . Good , friendly and helpful stuff. You can enjoy the spa and the insane activities they have in addition to the amazing views

Staff members are friendly and helpful. The scenery is wonderful. Definitely worth a stay! Very good, if u stay in ubud a good choice, many activities u can join, fair price , massage is very good, if u have time pls try. But the foos is quite normal

This is a perfect spot if you want to be away from the noise and frenzy of Ubud. We loved waking to the dawn chorus of birds over the jungle. The staff are amazing. Every single one helpful, polite, kind and keen to help. We really enjoyed talking to staff about their lives and their culture. It’s an easy 20 minute walk down the ridge to Ubud and easy to get a taxi in town to bring you back up. The restaurant is excellent serving a wide range of healthy cuisine.
