We were going to a wedding at the seseh villas so this Sejuk villa was literally 1 minute walk to there - and wedding. Rustic and homely Balinese - beautiful caring staff, breakfast was fabulous and the private pool was awesome ! Highly recommend !! Thankyou Sejuk villas

The villa is well cared for despite its age. Sadly the surrounding area is starting to have development so its best to enjoy it while there's still paddy field around it.

I loved everything about this place. Location is perfect, private and tranquil. The sounds of nature and the ocean is truly beautiful. My lovley balenese designed villa was spotlessly clean and nice and cool for a very comfortable sleep falling asleep listening to the waves. The private pool was divine and the beach just steps away. The staff were lovley, respected my privacy but were there when I needed anything. The massage prices are very reasonable also. I tried a Shirodara head massage which I highly recommend...so good... I've been fortunate to visit this beautiful island many times staying at many different places. Sejuk beach Villas will now be my 'go to' place to stay and I will definitely be recommending to my friends/family. I absolutely loved my time there.

From an ocean front perspective. Yes it’s very close and also private pool is nice. I am writing this review to help people booking this property and also help the owners improve 1. The toilets have cobwebs everywhere 2. There are ants all around the room. Especially on top of the toilet 3. The doors don’t lock 4. The paint seems to have been done a few years back and needs a lot of touch up 5. Aircon is really old and does not cool 6. Funny insect, gecko and lizard noises coming from inside the vents and light holders and wood panels. 7. Very low lighting in rooms. Hardly able to see anything post sunset 8. Plants and trees in the property especially the rooms seriously need to be maintained. 9. The bed linen has to be washed. Everything is dirty. 10. Breakfast has only one option. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very boring to eat the same everyday. 11. When asked for a few additional hours, it’s polite to just say that we are fully booked. But please don’t say - no we are not booked and we will charge you half the day rental for 2 more hours. Seriously!! 12. No privacy. The staff comes in the private pool area anytime they want. There is no lock there. The room anyways does. Or lock. Have to use a wood log to keep it together. 13. Shower is pretty. But no hot water post 5 pm. And when you shower it’s like playing with water in the entire bathroom. Because the shower heads are too old and there are no water curtains. Anyways overall a very beautiful stay.

Perfect villa outside the busy area of Canggu Great place to stay. Nice quiet area with several food options within walking distance. Our villa had a private pool with a partial ocean view. It was just what we needed to end our time in Bali.

Our first trip back to Bali after several years and it was wonderful to enter an oasis of calm after the chaos of traffic! The villas were very well designed all that we loved of old Bali, full off charm the staff were great we were well looked after. Two days was too short! The beach at your doorstep the beautiful gardens the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep and amazing sunsets what else do you need for a great holiday.

Great location, beautiful environment.

After our arduous but thoroughly enjoyable volcano tour this villa was the perfect antidote to rest our tired limbs. In fact, it could not have been more perfect. We arrived later than expected but there is security throughout the night so immediately we felt we were in good hands. Our very first impression was one of awe and it didn’t stop. The Villa has rustic charm throughout. Dark wood everywhere enclosing a huge, very comfortable bed with weighted mozzy nets all round. A huge porch outside with a dining area and outdoor bed overlook the private pool with private access to the beach just beyond that. We fell asleep peacefully every night to the sound of waves and a small waterfall on the grounds of the villas. The staff were wonderfully attentive, bringing all our delicious meals to our table and always on call if we ever needed anything. The pool is heated and is cleaned every night. The staff also bring in the large cushions from the circular lounger by the pool to ensure it doesn’t get rained on. Other little touches include some English novels, WiFi, hot shower, water bucket for washing feet after walking along the black sand beach, more loungers on the edge of the beach, room cleaning including spraying to ensure there are no mosquitoes, bugs, etc, and a simple bar across the door of the villa area to ensure you are never disturbed. However, the main point is the staff. They are exceptional people. You couldn’t wish for more perfect hosts, kind, polite, gracious and attentive. They made our stay here even better. The price of the Villa is incredible value for what you are getting but the staff make it priceless. We will be going to Bali again and we will be staying here again. Private villa, private pool, waterfall, beach and 20 seconds walk to the Warung Pantai if you wish to have cocktails on the beach and amazing staff….it’s a no brainer.

Nice villas in a calm area. Even in the villa the sound of the sea can be heard. The villa is huge, as well as the the pool area. The variety of the breakfast could be better. What was served, was delicious. We will definitely come back, if we will stay in canggu again.

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely ocean villa and glad we discovered this little gem. Away from the hectic Bali traffic and a gorgeous drive through the rice fields to get here. Few local restaurants and beach bars within 10min walk. Recommend walking 30min to echo beach for day spa, food and drinks. Most likely will come back again to this villa

Retreat and not luxury and not value for money My husband and I chose to stay at this property primarily because of its exceptional review 10/10). I would rate it more like a 7/10 and here are the reasons- Good things- Amazing staff, very polite and helpful. Great view from the sea view villa with a private pool and beach. Not so good things- not value for money. We expected it to be a luxury stay but it turned out more to be like a retreat with no reception or restaurant or any other amenities. Meals can be ordered at the villa. Breakfast is served at the villa and we got the same menu (fruits, eggs and coffee/tea) both the days we stayed. The location is far from the main city and very secluded so could to difficult to get grab/gojek. In summary, it’s not a luxury stay and for a detox retreat, it’s not value for money. You will find much better options in much less price.

Villa balinaise traditionnelle avec piscine privée. En dehors pour le moment des hôtels bling-bling. Plage à 2 minutes à pieds. Centre de Canggu 15 minutes de scooter. Gros coup de cœur. À recommender fortement. Petit déjeuner servi dans la villa.

Die Villen liegen sehr ruhig am Strand und sind urig und zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird in der Villa eingenommen. Es bietet vor allem Ruhe und Entspannung und erinnert ein wenig an die Villen Resorts von früher. In gewisser Weise ein kleines „Juwel“ für Ruhe suchende. Die Zimmer wurden sehr sauber gehalten und das Personal war sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis könnte eine Spur besser sein - aber gut.
