Hotel's greeting & staff waiting at front lobby to welcome us. Check-in & out is fast. Dining restaurant and Swimming pools are great and nice. Room Cabana with private pool is what we want to enjoy these holidays but it can be viewed from storeys above us. Buffet dinner is standard but the BBQ lilit prawn & ayam cannot be missed. Walking distance to ICON Mall and lots of food stuffs around the hotel. Pasar Sindhu night market should not be missed whenever visiting Sanur. A very enjoyable and pleasent stays at cabana room. A note to the HOTEL: pls do some modification to the sliding doors as any gaps will invite lots of Mosquitos into the room.

Should promote more about beach front restaurants and activities towards north of the beach esplanade Disappointed with no gym. Local government should improve pathways and road size.

Some of the facilities are rather not functioning well. I'd like to encourage hotel to go into more details to maintain those. Staff is warm and friendly. Good job.

Хороший уютный отель городского типа. Кафе и море в шаговой доступности. Завтраки тоже хорошие... Голодными точно не останетесь. Персанал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Угощали коктейлями по приезду и даже дали сувенир по выезду из отеля. Всё чистенько и уютно. Что качается море... То море везде было грязное в каком районе Бали мы бы не находились. Где было просто помойка, а где большие отливы приливы и соответственно мусор на берегу.

Один из самых прекрасных отелей в Сануре. Чистота, обслуживание, бассейн, завтрак, всё на высоте. На завтрак подавали даже татарки из тунца и брускеты. Я такое видела только в Дубае в очень дорогом отеле. Бассейн большой и чистый. Мы счастливы! Вернемся сюда обязательно!
