酒店擁有一個特別好看的海灘，環境優美自然。遠離喧囂，而且spa非常不錯👍早餐是點餐的，不夠吃可以多點幾樣。8-11點的樣子。吃飽了就可以吹吹海風，做個SPA。就是我住的第二晚熱水出故障了，耽誤了小一天的洗澡🛁。不過總體還不錯。服務人員好熱情。我在退房當天的早餐時間報了修，工作人員説要1個小時修護，當時11點了。修好也該退房了😄。就算了。這裏白人比較多。主打一個貼近自然。就是離機場太遠。開車要2-3小時。

Extremely nice beach-front villas. Best area for relaxation.

Everything is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. They also arranged Balinese dance performance on Christmas Eve, very thoughtful. On the downside, rooms especially the Spa can see the aging and need some maintenance. It is located at a very remoted location so do not expect any activities nearby, which was exactly what we wanted though.

A peaceful oasis for those seeking a serene holiday and an escape from the rat race. Beautifully designed and the most beautiful setting you truly relax. The staff are so wonderful and accomodating with so few rooms you feel as you’re the only couple . Being remorse there’s not much to do other than relax take a walk a swim and enjoy the fine dinning

One of the best aspects of this retreat is its perfect location—far enough from the city to maintain its serene atmosphere, yet still conveniently accessible. The twice-daily shuttle service provides an easy way to explore the surroundings if desired, though we only used it once. Honestly, we never felt the need to leave because everything we needed for the perfect getaway was right here. The spa is an absolute highlight! With a variety of luxurious treatments, it’s a must for anyone looking to fully unwind and recharge. Every session was expertly performed, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and completely at peace. The villas are stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and offering breathtaking views. The attention to detail in both comfort and style made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The service was also exceptional, with a staff that went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Another highlight was the restaurant. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, all prepared with extremely fresh ingredients. Every meal was a delight, but breakfast was particularly special—it’s not a buffet, but rather individually prepared to order, making it a personalized and high-quality experience every morning. Throughout our stay, we were impressed by how well-maintained and impeccably clean the entire retreat was. It’s clear that every aspect of Kelapa Retreat & Spa is designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and rejuvenating getaway, this place is absolute perfection. We will definitely be returning!

We came here since 2017 1-2 a year. Lovely calm and peaceful athmosphere and stuff is always so friendly. Rooms are clean and good equipped. If you wanna join more luxury feeling rent a villa with privat pool 😉 In my opinion westbali and specially kelapa gives you a good look in the real Bali with tradition and culture
