Ametis Villa

Brilliant pick up service included with the villa - our driver was very friendly and welcoming. Our personal contact - Ari - was on hand at all times for us to help with everything from recommendations, arranging scooters, transport and just generally enhancing our stay. Would highly recommend staying here - it is a great location with a truly beautiful room & private pool.

The stay was absolutely fantastic, food, services, cleanliness, location They have their own restaurants which good also called " billy Ho" I would like to thank the Butler Wika for help me throughout my stay, fantastic guy and very helpful.

Ametis Villa was the perfect stay for us in Canggu. The staff, especially Pande, was very professional and hospitable. All the of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure our needs were met. Pande our butler took excellent care of us. Whatever we needed, he provided. He made sure that our villa was cleaned daily, we were fed, and he was personable with us and made sure that we were enjoying our stay in Bali. Whatever our concerns were or what we needed, he made sure that our needs were met and fulfilled. Pande made our trip amazing and he provided 5-star service. The amenities were also amazing. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport. The villa provided us with transportation wherever we needed. The villa is the closest thing to an all-inclusive stay. Food is included, tea hour, cocktail hour, and laundry services. The sense of security was important. No strangers are walking around the property and you feel safe. The city is busy but the villa was quiet and relaxing. The property is also well-maintained and clean. The spa is incredible, one of the best massages that we've ever had. The villa is walking distance to the beach and there's a lot of restaurants near the villa. Pande provided us with a list of restaurant to try. Highly recommend Ametis for a couples trip.

What a wonderful week staying at this villa. Ari our butler was exceptional. Thank you so much for helping us with all our needs during our stay 🙏🏻🙏🏻 After an extensive search for where to stay in Canggu, we are happy we chose this one. The location was absolutely ideal. Within walking distance to most restaurants/cafes/markets/spas you would want to visit. The hotel also has a transport service which was so efficient for those days you felt you were too hot to walk. (The Japanese toilet Toto was also amazing)

I had a wonderful time at the villa with my fiancée, thanks to our butler Wika who tried his best to provide amazing service, helping us with transportation, laundry, and meals. He made our life much easier while busy with preparing for pre-wedding photoshoot. The villa also has a huge swimming pool, big separate living room, and free afternoon tea and cocktails. Terrific benefits.

I'm almost loathe to write this because I only want my best friends to know about this place! Our five days here (we depart this evening) have been the most relaxing of our lives. Our Imperial Villa is enormous and elegantly appointed; we have barely left our compound! What sets Ametis apart, beyond the physical beauty, is the service. Our butler Wika and his colleagues must be clairvoyent, the service is so warm and personal. For example, he noted from our first breakfast which fruits we liked, so all subsequent fruit plates were only the preferred ones. Our package came with a candlelight dinner and movie night on a big screen. We had a blast, and the evening made us feel like kids at a slumber party! The spa services were also superb. Both of us induged in three long massages, and our muscles feel like butter. We had almost all our meals at our villa, made by the on-site restaurant Billy Ho. The food was delicious, particularly the Indonesian dishes. Eating in the villa was tranquil. Canggu restaurants are, by contrast, noisy and lively. Internet was excellent, robust enough for streaming and video calls. I should add that we have visited Bali many times, and used to always stay at Amankila. We like Ametis better, and it is a far better value. Some things to know about Ametis: Canggu is busy, filled with young tattooed surfers, shops, and traffic. It is not tranquil, though the view of the Indian Ocean on the beach is lovely. A few of the villas are close to the road and one can hear traffic and the bass from the music at bars. We quickly got used to that. If you want views of mountains or rice paddies, you need to go on an excursion. A few tiny quibbles: pool noodles would be lovely (the resort has a few "floaties" or decorative inner tubes but not for every villa); the bed rests on a massive stone platform and it can be a bit of a chore to get in and out. That is about it. This place is magical. Can't wait to return.
