先説結論:無視營銷評價，無腦沖就對了。
我們來峇裏島總共8天，最後3天選擇在這個酒店休息，白天在周圍溜達下。
環境：因為在金巴蘭附近，道路比較窄，在路邊衹有一個不起眼的牌子，但是進入大門就會讓你大吃一驚，非常的大，安靜且舒服。
酒店本身不靠海，但是步行五分鐘就可以到海邊，且晚上酒店外街道有很多印尼本地小吃攤，非常推薦烤蝦和烤魚，物美價廉！
房間本身是別墅，裏面很大，泳池我是最喜歡的！裏面 有古代中國宮廷畫像，很有文化氣息。
設施：沒啥説的，該有的都有，冰箱很大，浴池很大，房間很大，總之都很大，但設備不算新，最好帶個吹風機，這裏的所有酒店牙刷都偏硬，最好自己帶。
唯一我認為美中不足的是床邊沒有插座，最好帶個插排。
衞生：沒得説，很乾凈，其實我翻了很多這家酒店的評論，沒有大問題，唯一反應的多的是蟲子問題，確實在房間泳池邊會看到一些飛蟲，但是沒有蚊子，起碼我們沒有被咬。而且熱帶氣候，別墅裏都是花花草草樹木，沒有一點蟲子我覺得有點很不合理吧？偶爾能看到小蜥蜴，同理，所以你看不大到蚊子。我認為這點真的不用太擔心。
服務：這裏我要先説下我們的送餐服務員Budi，人真的很好很好！這裏其他工作人員也都很好，不光是態度好，更像是把你當家人朋友一樣，我們在最後一晚遭遇黑車要天價車費，也是工作人員半夜出來給我們協調最後完美解決。他們不會跟你營銷，也不會給你推薦什麼項目。你的需求都可以得到完美解決。
總的來説，這家酒店在某king的評分9.5我認為是完全不過譽的，可惜攜程沒有太多人發現這家隱藏在鬧市的隱居別墅，不過也好，這會吧盲目追求網紅店和追求生活質量的人區分開。

Unsere Villa war traumhaft mit Außenbad und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie lag mit direktem Zugang zu dem wunderschönen Pool mit Wasserfall. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und man hört von der lauten, viel befahrenen Straße nichts. Hervorzuhabe ist die Freundlichkeit des kompletten Personals und insbesondere von Anom und Detu am Empfang, die uns beide gute Tipps gegeben haben und natürlich von Budi, der uns jeden Morgen bestens gelaunt unser Frühstück zur Villa gebracht hat. Der Ingwertee war köstlich und auch sein Tipp, den Papayasaft mit etwas Ingwer zu trinken. Für uns wurde ein veganes Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen zusammengestellt, nochmals Danke dafür. In der Nähe kann man vegan in einem Warung essen, das auf dem Weg zum Strand liegt. Der schöne Strand von Jimbaran ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren am Ende unseres Urlaubs für 4 Tage hier und wären auch noch länger geblieben. In 15 Minuten fährt man zum Flughafen.

A fabulous place to stay! We had the private pool villa and it was gorgeous! Lovely breakfast served to the villa each morning. Excellent service. Excellent English spoken. Very welcoming from all staff. General use pool lovely too. Highly recommended!!

We finished our trip in Jimbaran for the final 2 nights of our honeymoon and JEstate Bali was the perfect end to our trip! A special thanks for Budi and the rest of the staff for making our stay so memorable, and going above and beyond! We were particularly grateful for the early check-in and late check-out! They also served the most delicious Nasi Goreng for breakfast which we had both days and it was definitely the best one we had tried during our holiday to Bali! We couldn’t recommend JEstate more and hope to visit again in the future! Thank you Budi and team!

Excellent stay! We had an amazing time staying at JEstate for our Honeymoon. Budi, and his team were fantastic and made us feel so welcome and were on hand to help with anything we needed. They also made the best Nasi goreng for breakfast! Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, plus the swimming pool was fantastic!

This place is exceptional. Everything is artfully appointed and truly exquisite. The pool is gorgeous. The breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff are very helpful - and special thanks to Budi for going above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful (helping coordinate in-room massages, early morning coffees, last minute requests). We are already planning our next trip!

Wir haben im JEstate nach unserer Ankunft auf Bali zwei wunderbare Tage verbracht. Es liegt sehr günstig zum Flughafen, insbesondere wenn man später am Abend ankommt, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Ideal zum Ankommen und Relaxen! Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit nicht zu vielen Villen, die traumhaft ausgestattet sind. Das Frühstück wird auf der im idyllischen Grün gelegenen Terrasse serviert. Villa #6 mit Zugang zum tollen Pool. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett, hilfsbereit und immer sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt noch schöner zu machen. Wir sind das zweite Mal bereits hier und werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank noch mal an das gesamte Team! Strand, Restaurants und alles, was man sonst so braucht, kann man entweder zu Fuß oder per Taxi sehr gut erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben während unserer Reise hier eine ganze Woche verbracht und es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die ganze Anlage ist ein traumhaftes Paradies, stets sauber und top gepflegt. Obwohl an einer befahrenen Straße gelegen, ist es hier zu jeder Tag - und Nachtzeit sehr ruhig! Unser Zimmer war großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte durchweg einen gehobenen Standart mit Außendusche und anschließender Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen ein abwechslungsreiches und sehr leckeres Frühstück eingenommen haben. Alle Mitarbeiter - vorne an Buddy - sind unglaublich bemüht, hilfsbereit, freundlich und liebenswert. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal sehr bedanken. Andere Gäste haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes nur selten wahr genommen, man hat hier sehr viel Privatsphäre und wir können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der es idyllisch und ruhig mag, aber trotzdem in wenigen Schritten am Strand sein möchte. Und wundervoller Ort!

We walked into our villa for the first time and both spontaneously said “Wow”. Very spacious and well appointed but the USP was the view over the pool and the extraordinary garden area. The word paradise did hover in the air. Breakfast was lovely, served in our private garden and the staff were friendly and terribly helpful. There is a short walk to the beach and the warungs serving barbecued fish, where you can sit with the locals and watch the Sun go down. A nice vibe. The Jimbaran beach was clean and surprisingly empty during the day, though not at night. On our trip we stayed at several locations across Bali and East Java and in terms of tourist resorts this was easily the nicest - Ubud and Seminyak, for example , were choked with traffic and tourist tat. Slight downside is the busy road at the front of the building - we became adept at stopping the traffic with outstretched hands. You do hear some noise from it though not a huge issue. We quite liked the immediate area as it seemed to be authentically Balinese - lots of locals, a traditional market, no souvenir shops and no one hassling us trying to sell rides on mopeds. The minor roads down to the beach are quiet and pleasant. We stayed three nights which seemed about right and had an easy transfer to the airport, a sentence not often heard on Bali.
