Good location , 5-8 min by bike to the beach, staff is very friendly. Housekeeping came every day. Breakfast is brought directly to villa. All is great.

很爛的房間，被子像幾十年的陳年老被，枕頭上也有污漬。廁所連牙刷牙膏都沒配，早上早餐也送錯了，半夜大門還被陌生人打開，進來狂敲朋友的卧室門不知道想幹什麼。價格完全對不起房間的質量，三四百我才能忍受這樣的環境。在峇裏島住的最差的民俗就是這個了……

I like that it has everything. My partner and I felt comfortable staying at Jas Villas. We like the clean private pool too.

Sisäänkäynnillä ei ollut tervetulleita, joten täytin vain paperit ja menin huoneeseen. Uima-allas oli pieni hintaan verrattuna, mutta olin tyytyväinen. Kun nousin kylpyammeesta vedellä, ilmestyi kaksi erittäin ruostunutta vaaleanpunaista kondomia... Sain kananlihalle...

7年前に泊まった時は大満足でしたが、今回は設備の老朽化・スタッフ対応など全体的に残念でした。

Do not stay This is an unfortunate review to write for a stay that was highly anticipated and planned for many months. We had a five night stay and had booked months ahead going by the staged photos and review some of which are negative also but willing to give it a go. Upon arrival which was after nine pm in torrential rain. We were asked by staff to view the Villa before committing to the booking which I thought was a bit weird. Looking at the Villa at night appeared to be aesthetically pleasing so we went back out into the rain to reception with only one umbrella offered to four of us as we were advised all others had been used by guests - no big deal but that was first red flag. In the morning upon closer inspection, the bathroom was in dire need for an upgrade with crack in tiles and paint over paint in some areas which had bubbles and would peel eventually, the door stopper on sliding door to bathroom was just sitting on the floor, towel rack very loose and about to fall off the wall, one lamp shade in the bedroom was about to also fall off. Sheets were a grey coloured white with stains, the furniture is like a laminate and chipped in many places. Kitchen area had a small lounge but no table so the bed would suffice as a table. Limited crockery and cutlery, hot water had been turned off in the kitchen making washing up difficult. The pool and surroundings had seen better days, the pool needed a good clean, overall not a place I would recommend.

We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, myself husband & 2 sons. We found the place to be great, set in a quiet st, but a very small walking distance to a much busier street and walking distance to double 6 beach. Enjoyed the free breakfast each day that was included in our stay, small and simple kitchen, but other than breakfast we didn’t use the kitchen (not when there is so much good food to be eaten elsewhere), mini bar drink prices were great. Atleast one of us swam in the pool everyday. Aircon’s worked great, bathrooms and bedrooms clean and tidy. Overall, was great value for money, and we enjoyed the location. We would definitely stay again if we were planning a Bali trip.

We booked a 2 rooms villa with a small (L-shaped) pool, rustic design, outdoor bathroom, wooden doors, stoned walking path. Simple kitchen Pretty comfortable place to stay, drinks and beers charges are reasonable (as compared to other hotels) Staffs are very friendly and attentive, personally I like the whatapps assist, able to get reply almost immediately. My wife and son tried the massage, they were satisfied, reasonable price too Located in an alley where you can find lots of other viliias in the same regions, short walk to the main street and beaches Overall, good 3 nights stay..

Villa per 4 di buone dimensioni, con 2 stanze separate, 2 bagni, cucina e piscina privata. Primo impatto è wow! Ci sono un pó di dettagli da sistemare, come segni di usura e calcare nella doccia. Vicina ad una via principale e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Colazione servita in villa con una buona scelta tra dolce e salato. Nel complesso una buona soluzione con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We stayed here as a family of 8, booked 3 x two bedroom villa's for a 2week stay, absolutely loved it here, staff were absolutely lovely. Our villa's were great couldn't really complain about anything,only complaint would be it didn't have a toaster (so no vegemite on toast) lol. Air con worked really well, shower was great nice and hot. I've read some of the reviews about jas and some were not good, yes it's not new but honestly its fantastic value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay at Jas Boutique Villas. It is centrally located close to Bintang Supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and check in was a breeze. Villas are lovely. The bathroom was a beautiful outdoor space. There was an outdoor bath next to a fountain. The little plunge pool was fantastic after a long day exploring Bali. We loved the sun bed too, great for relaxing. The only thing that really let this villa down was the mattress - it was very old, it sagged in the middle and is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. If this was replaced, it would have been full marks from me.

The place was good and clean. Very safe and close to the main Seminyak Road were all shops and restaurants are. The staff were very friendly and we want to specially thank Sania at the reception who will always give you the best smile and very helpful and Mr Solihin,, cool helpful gentleman. Again great place with great price.
