Great location and safe place.

We had a very nice stay and felt completely at home. Would definatly recommend.

Love the privacy of the pool villa, the beach is within walking distance and plenty of eating places nearby.

房間很大 服務人員態度很好 但是房間有一些地方沒有非常乾淨 不過整體來說是滿好的

房間很大，服務很好，有求必應，還幫忙拿行李什麼的，早餐直接送來房間，來不及吃早餐因為要很早出去玩，他們還幫忙打包！酒店設施很全，洗漱的，刮鬍子的，還有泡澡的鹽都有… 早餐印尼麪不錯很好吃！附近很方便，出去不久就是熱鬧的步行街，建議要吃東西就Grab外賣，那邊附近的餐館東西很貴給外國人吃，胃口也是很奇怪…

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement. La localisation est très bonne, le personnel agréable. Point fort pour le petit déjeuner très bon et surtout servi de façon extrêmement ponctuel dans une discrétion des plus totale. L’intimité est préservée et respectée contrairement à bon nombre d’autres établissements. Je reviendrai 🙏

Place is quite strategic it was easy walking to Seminyak beach. Relatively easy to get a ride out. We enjoyed the space and decor here. Minor improvements can be made on the electricity as we encountered a minor light out situation which was quickly rectify. The staff here are super attentive and that made up for the minor mishap. Breakfast was decent - but could do better in portions. For the rest, it was an enjoyable stay. Really suitable if u would like to check in and have some relaxation time indoors.

水壓不足，水比較小，可加裝加壓器改善水壓問題。服務態度良好親切，早餐送到房間且客製化很棒，其它都很好。

帶泳池的別墅，泳池直通衞生間，還有廚房，設計合理，早餐直接送到房間，不錯的體驗

Superb place to stay. Great location, walking distance to Seminyak beach. Overall 10/10.

Great location, very good service by staff and very spacious villa/ layout. Breakfast can be improved. Also the rooms are slightly old and need some touch up.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. So thoughtful and hard working. The villa was good but a little dated and in need of some TLC (a leak in the roof, sticky locks, sliding doors that don’t meet when closed and very low water pressure in the shower (hot water was on and off too)). Japanese style and quite dark. Not good if you have mobility issues (sofa futon style). We liked that though but my parents would have struggled for eg. Bed was super comfortable and huge. Villa was very clean and attended to daily - indoors and out. Pool maintained regularly too. Pool was lovely. Daily breakfast was good with lots of options. Villa had a kitchen and dining area but super basic in terms of utensils. Not very well equipped but this really is a hotel rather than a self contained villa. X2 bottles of water supplied daily (we went to the local supermarket to buy bigger quantities of drinking water. 2 tiny bottles isn’t nearly enough considering they were enough just to brush teeth daily). Location is amazing. One of the biggest draw cards. Easy stroll to the beach. Lots of restaurants around but super quiet. If you stay here and need a laundry (and don’t want to pay hotel prices), pop around to the Family Laundry Express (3min walk) for amazing, quick and cheap laundry. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Overall, pretty good but considering price - not sure I would go back.

We loved our stay at Seiryu, the Villa was gorgeous, the staff were lovely and accommodating. It could probably do with a lick of paint, and the the area isn’t really the centre of anything but it’s close to the beach and has everything you need! Loved the pool, outside area and how massive the bed and house were
