Worst experience of a 5 star place ever. Terrible food. Not good lighting first of all at night walking to the restaurant and all which is dangerous as you can’t even see infront of you. Small portions of food and terrible flavour. We tried all the vegetarian food and they. Can’t even make a pizza Most the staff also didn’t understand and couldn’t communicate especially the ones in the restaurant. Our villa was so far down we had to walk so many stairs so would suggest checking first. Terrible tv on cable channels you would expect such a big place to have tv options of Netflix atleast and remote has it but doesn’t work. If you get a breakfast box if your leaving for travelling early don’t expect to get more all we got was a couple pieces of bread and 1 fruit. The safe in the room also didn’t work and ripped towels just nothing you would expect of a 5 star villa. Don’t fall the photos you can definitly stay at a cheaper place with much better services and quality. Would never come back here.

My husband & I had a wonderful time at The Payogan Villa Resort & Spa.staying 7 night's,in this wonderful place, private swimming pool, large bed, & bath room's. Buggy service to room & back to Villa for breakfast, lunch and dinner or meals in your room at request. All staff very accommodating to all our needs. Lovely conversation and learning language with staff. We especially enjoyed chatting with Adit (Alex) at meals as he learning to speak English. Delicious food & drinks. And a few special activities lick the dancers & special dinner for Valentine's day. Thank you to all the lovely staff for all you assistance and the special gift we received at our door 1 afternoon. Mr John & Mrs Linda McCredie enjoyed our stay and will recommend you to other to stay at this wonderful resort. We also had a lovely massage at the Spa, thank all very much. 💖

There is some smell in bathroom, water in bathroom is not good, cost is very high. Amenity is not as per expectation.

Das Hotel liegt im Randbereich von Ubud und ist ruhig. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer sind sauber und gut erhalten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Vom Hotel aus lässt sich der Weg in den Norden von Bali gut gestalten.
