Отель не понравился. Запах в комнате. Номера просторные но устаревшие.

We didn’t stay at the hotel because of the fact that we didn’t get the visa appointment schedule on time. We informed the hotel but they never replied back.

Nice Hotel that I can recommend. It was quiet over there but not far from Kuta beach. The room was nice. The check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

臨時定的轉機房，房間有點老舊，衞生間下水很慢，位置也很一般，門口正對着一家便利店比較方便，度假不推薦，到達或者轉機可以考慮這家

It's fine for a one-night stay, but it’s definitely not a four-star hotel. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, some details were disappointing. The staff didn’t seem to be expecting us—perhaps the booking details weren’t properly sent by Trip. We chose this hotel thinking that, besides providing accommodation, it would allow us to eat easily and quickly with familiar food the day before our flight. However, the restaurant’s food and service left much to be desired, especially for a hotel with “Western” in its name. It was very difficult to make the staff understand that I wanted a sandwich with a different type of cheese. The breakfast buffet was abundant and varied, but most of the dishes consisted of rice or heavy foods that a Westerner wouldn’t typically have for breakfast. What bothered me the most, though, was the strong musty smell coming from the air conditioning, which filled the entire room and even permeated our clothes. Additionally, there were so many ants that it was impossible to keep them out of our sheets. That said, it was an interesting experience, and the staff was very nice.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Have 3 convenience store in front of the hotel, which very helpful.

Lokasi di Kuta area..hotel cenderung lama/vintage tapi cukup oke, makanan relatif enak, kopi pakai coffee maker lho ala barista..hehee...PR nya mungkin cuman area parkir yg relatif terbatas...so pas peak season sampai parkir di pinggir jalan yg relatif sempit, harga paling ekonomis di antara kompetitor area yg sama...
