The reception was particularly helpful, recommending fantastic local spots and ready to assist whenever we needed it. Overall, our stay at The Grand Istana Rama was outstanding. After multiple trips to the spa because we just couldn't get enough, we left feeling refreshed and pampered, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Very nice location near Kuta beach. Shopping mall right next to the hotel. So much to enjoy around. We specially liked the 69 bar they have. Live music every night. Breakfast is good. Overall it was a nice stay.

Old building but value for money

Prima locatie en top service. Fijne kamer in een lekker rustige omgeving. Geen groot maar prima zwembad. Vanuit het hotel 10 meter lopen naar het strand. Prima hotel voor iedereen voor een goede prijs.

Красивая территория, приветливый и улыбчивый персонал. Близко к морю и торговым центрам. Бассейн- прекрасен.

꾸따 해변과, 비치워크 쇼핑센터 바로 옆이라 위치가 매우 좋습니다! :D 룸이 넓고, 깨끗합니다. 호텔 내부 경관이 좋았습니다.

- Still among the best hotel in Kuta Beach area. - Located just across the beach and 2 mins walk from the Beachwalk Mall. - Room is spacious. - Room is quiet except that some guests can be very noisy at times. - Less than 30mins from the airport without traffic jam - Bear in mind Nov-Dec-Jan is a wet season but the hotel provides umbrella in the room.

semuanya ok,tapi sayang sekali untuk pilihan breakfast hanya ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ,mengingat harga hotel ini mahal, termasuk jika ingin menambah kupon sarapan saya sarankan makan di luar saja klo memang tdk terpaksa
