Good location and quiet

All was good and location is nice near beach easy to find food

We had so much fun in this place. Don’t miss to have a meal at their restaurant. The breathtaking view while dining makes it very romantic. The staff are also very welcoming and accommodating. They offered welcome drink as we arrived and they helped us move our luggage to our private villa.

Despite having a great holiday with friends, it was hardly relaxing thanks to the inconsistencies and inaccuracies with the staff that we experienced. The amenities need desperately updating, as the online website photos were posted from what looked like 5-10 years ago, with now mould on the lounge chair covers, lounge chairs broken, moss on the pool side walls and broken linens in the bedroom. Not only does the accommodation need updating, but the manual and website needs updating as the hotel offers laundry service (paid service) however the hotel does not actually offer this service and we had to walk across the street to a launderette to wash our clothes. The hotel also offers free pick up and drop off services to the airport, however this also was not the case. The hotel staff were adamant that their card machine was broken so we had to pay everything in cash at a ‘special price’, which didn’t seem like a special price. Despite a few members of staff and their unwillingness to help, or attitude we had an enjoyable stay and the hotel is close enough to get a GRAB taxi or scooter to the nearby beach a 5-10minute driver away. If you want to be left alone, with not the ‘hotel experience’ with friends or a family that can cook with the facilities, then this might just be the place for you.
