Location is great and a lot of amenities around (7-11, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, etc.) and beach is only 15-20min walks. It also took us around 20 drive from airport. Deluxe room was spacious and clean. They have water dispenser at the hall for you to fill up your water bottle. Check-in/check-out process was quick, and they have decent selection for breakfast. Overall value for money

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location is convenient and the staff were friendly, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. The room had potential, but I noticed some areas that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned — like dust on surfaces and stains on the sheet. The bathroom could have used a more detailed cleaning as well.

The hotel location is very good..10mins to beach walk shopping center and surrounded by shops and restaurant…just the hotel is abit running down yet is a nice hotel for a short stay

Mixer kran air panasnya kadang panas banget kadang dingin banget. Mandi agak susah karena hanya ada shower pancuran dan air panasnya tidak stabil. Yg lain ok.

This is the second time I have stayed here, the first time $1000 aus was taken from my suit case out of my room. Was reported and al security could tell me was cleaner was the only one on camera going into my room and to go back and see them first if I was intending to go to police but as I was leaving early next morning and they didn't seem to want to help I just left. I stayed here again and this time my watch and around $200 aus was missing which I didn't realise until I was on the plane heading home, I called when landed in Australia but again was just a waste of time. No help whatsoever, obvious to say will never stay here again

I was initially shocked when I read reviews mentioning cockroaches because i already booked the hotel before i read the review, but during my stay, everything was clean. While the interior is old, it is well-maintained and clean overall. However, the rooms were not very quiet, and the ongoing hotel renovations caused some dust, which was a bit disturbing. The breakfast needs significant improvement in both taste and variety. Overall, the stay was decent, but there’s room for improvement.

The best hotel in Kuta. Easy access to everywhere and best pool access. Nice and Cosy. Been here 3 years in a row. Becoming annual hotel event. Room price has been increasing though

這家酒店每晚$47比他對面的四星級酒店還貴10美元很近的best Weston is$30。但是我看到的和體驗到的根本就不止這個價格的一半,下面有幾個幅圖。 首先他給我的房間是沒有打掃過的。傢俱都是有缺損的,房間內的裝修和衞生實在是不如一些二星星級酒店。 廁所也是沒有門水全都濺出來。一進門就是大廳裝修。房間外也沒有任何風景是破房子。我也不想説太多了,不是想損害他家的生意,就這種情況,這種軟硬設施要這麼貴的價格真的是沒有天理了,我是一個喜歡公平的人,不想這樣的經歷被更多的人體會到。
