The best villa ever in my life! If i have a chance to travel ubud again, i would defintely reserve this villa.

За свои деньги отличная вилла, превосходит ожидания. Расположена в конце узкой улицы, но дойти до центра Убуда не составляет труда. Свой бассейн, 2 этажа, 2 санузла, все удобства.

酒店服務人員非常nice，環境也很好，帶個小泳池，早餐新鮮，美中不足的是晚上洗澡熱水器工作不正常，很長時間沒有熱水，或者突然水很熱，需要檢修一下供水情況。

酒店特別不錯，然後確實在市中心附近特別繁華，然後坐車很方便，酒店很大，很豪華，很高端。

A very nice place, conveniently located close to the center but in quite sorroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Kailas villa stay was exceptional!! 10 star rating!! I was so comfortable and it was a perfect relaxing upscale home away from home . The team was very accommodating to my needs. Sedana was very helpful on arranging my rides and tours. Totally professional. It was peaceful yet close enough to walk to center. Plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. Definitely a great location. Breakfast was delicious and a nice touch when you arrive in Bali. You also must have a massage in the privacy of your own villa with massage therapist Putu, She is very educated in massaging and made me feel relaxed. I can’t say enough about these villas, the price is right, it’s a stay you don’t want to pass up, I’ll be back for sure.

I stayed back in 2022. Exactly how it looks in the pictures- perfect and intimate. Very picturesque there were so many butterflies! I stayed 6 nights and everything was amazing start to finish. I booked all my excursions through them and Ketut drove me to every single one of them (he is also the manager) breakfast was great. The bath tub was Huge! I'm 5'7 and I almost drowned in it , great location just a walk from the Main Street. Very quiet and private which is perfect for solo travellers/couples. The staff stay at the front so you'll get their number incase you need anything. Ketut was amazing in terms of taking my instagram pictures he'll get your best angles and will accompany you throughout. Incredibly spacious and wouldn't stay anywhere else

I would give 7 out of 10 to the property however because of Sudana ( staff member ) I give 10/10. He is nice and helpful, really an asset to Kailas Many thanks to him for looking after us :)
