Отель отличный, чистые номера, есть все необходимое. Кондиционер работает исправно, горячая вода без перебоев!!! Что не может не радовать) на территории хорошие чистые бассейны и шикарный вид с балкона Можно арендовать байк на ресепшене, что тоже очень удобно)

Absolutely wonderful , amazing hotel with huge rooms and very nice location. it is a bit outside of the town, but that's what it makes it so special.The area is so green and nice, the lobby is cozy with huge chairs you can enjoy the view of greenery around. I liked it so much that I already booked it for my next trip to Uluwatu.

Плюсы: + Превосходный вид из окна на гольф поле, бассейн и океан (нужно брать номер на последнем этаже с видом, не самый базовый) Минусы: - Просто отвратительный опыт чек-ина в жизни. Заселяли 2,5 часа из-за чего единственный день в Улувату просто стал ужасным. Все планы испортили. Говорили что убирают номер (2,5 часа…), при этом заселили всех кто сидел в лобби и даже позже пришел. При том что у меня и клубная карта была и номер повышенной категории. На предложение дать что-то бонусом сказали “sorry ya”, ни тебе повышения категории (номера были в наличии) ни завтрака дешевого за 80.000 IDR на человека. Хотя бы это дали. В лобби было +36 градусов и мы просто ужасно себя чувствовали. Можно было бы хотя бы подсказать где тут ресторан с кондиционером. - Номер хоть и вроде красивый, но уставший. Пол в дырах, изголовье кровати KING-SIZE, а кровать Queen-Size, тумбочки нормально не пододвинешь. - Грязный пол и сдохшая муха в постели, уборка на троечку - Дверь в туалет не закрывается полностью, остаётся щель с палец. Ещё из приколов — дверь шкафа и душа единая. Поэтому когда ты ночью идешь в ванную комнату — включается свет в гардеробе и ты с этим ничего не можешь сделать. - Огромное количество выключателей по всему номеру будто самолетом управляешь. В общем очень огорчены отношением персонала, отвратительно. Номера на 3/5 даже с учетом вида. Рядом есть Le Grande за эту же цену и лучше взять номер там.

We stayed three nights and had good time here. Service is professional and staff is polite! There is a lot of options for Breakfast but quality can be little better If u want explore Uluwatu that's good start point Recommended
