Если учитывать что отель пять звёзд, это очень хорошая цена В отеле есть два больших бассейна один на крыше с тропическим садом.  хорошие завтраки. А самое главное доброжелательный персонал. Однозначно приеду в этот отель рекомендую.

Exceptional Stay in The Crystal Luxury bay resort! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's photos don't do it justice - the lobby, staff greetings, and overall ambiance are truly impressive. The staff members are remarkably friendly, polite, and attentive, providing top-notch service that makes you feel valued. The hotel's bay view is breathtaking, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa - incredibly affordable and absolutely divine! I highly recommend treating yourself to a session (or two!). Considering the exceptional quality and service, I believe this hotel is significantly underpriced. I would return in a heartbeat if I ever visit Bali again. If you're looking for a fantastic stay, look no further! 5/5 stars

洗髮水、淋浴露沒有置物架直接放地上，房間右邊是馬路，感覺一晚上摩託車轟鳴聲沒停下來過

К сожалению, отель не соответствует своей заявленной звездности и очень сильно запущен. Это видно абсолютно во всем: шумные старые кондиционеры (на грани невозможности спать), забитая накипью и окислившаяся сантехника, пустующие бассейны и бары (внизу и на крыше), частично неработающие лифты, формальная детская площадка, которой лучше бы вообще не было, и так далее. Персонал, безусловно, приветливый и дружелюбный, но этого крайне мало, чтобы получить оценку выше "Хорошо".

최악의 호텔이다. 호텔사진만보면 후회한다. 수영장 더럽고, 바닥에 시꺼먼 부유물.(매일 청소한다고 함) 욕실은 최악.변기카바 떨어짐. 하수구 물 안빠짐.샤워호수 다 녹슴 .. 룸청소 없음(예약해야 하는듯) 옆방 청소하는거 보았는데 타올로 모든것을 닦고 있음.. 시설 모두 안좋음.

酒店環境衞生一般般，房間沒空調老舊，第一天晚上中間就不工作了，被熱醒。房間內床單臟臟的，衞生間也是。
