Absolutes nogo für dieses Hotel, wir hatten für 2 Tage auf unserer Rundreise gebucht und sind nach 4 Stunden ausgecheckt, Grund dafür war kein Wasser auf den Zimmern, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde dies nicht behoben, wir haben uns dann mit tripcom in Verbindung gesetzt und diese waren sehr bemüht uns zu helfen. Eine Stornierung unsererseits wurde durch das Hotel abgelehnt,da fehlendes Wasser, auch noch nach Stunden, kein Stornierungsgrund ist. Die Bilder bei Trip com auf der Seite für dieses Hotel, müssen schon einige Jahre alt sein, denn auch die Außenanlage sieht nicht mehr so aus,ganz zu schweigen von den Räumen. Desweiteren würde einem immer Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt, nicht einmal das haben wir bekommen,wir mussten in einen Minimarkt und uns Wasser kaufen. Wir werden offiziell eine Beschwerde über dieses Hotel beim Tourismusverband einreichen, denn wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste denen es so ergangen ist und unser neu gesuchtes Hotel meinte bloß, das sie schon mehrfach Gäste aufnehmen mussten ,weil es schon öfters vorgekommen ist. ALSO LASST BLOSS DIE HÄNDE VON DIESEM HOTEL.

I stopped in at Candidasa for a few days. I stayed up the road from this little hotel. My trip to Candidasa was to check out some long term options for a longer stay in October. I probably inspected close to 10 different hotels during my 3 days here. This one will be my chosen accommodation for 7 weeks in October. It’s right on the water - beachfront. All rooms are spotlessly clean, lots of staff doing lots of cleaning. Pool was crystal clear. Breakfast is included. The wifi is hit and miss although the owner assured me it’s getting fixed. The owners are currently updating and renovating all the rooms, one by one, so no interference to guests. If this place doesn’t live up to expectations I’ll certainly put in a different review.

Unfortunately we could not stay there. I booked a sea view room with tv. Firstly there was no tv in the room, then we couldn’t get any wifi. So changed room to garden view with wifi and tv. As we were settling in when we noticed how bad the room was. It was very run down. Photos on site does not depict this. There was a horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom that made me want to vomit. On further inspection, we saw that there was mould in the shower area, mould in the fridge, power points dangling, and just dirt and dust from poor housekeeping. We could not stay for even a night. Spoke with manager and we even offered to pay for one night accommodation even though we didn’t stay. She took the nights accommodation plus 20% booking fee!! Although location and view is great, it was definitely not worth the nightly rate!! We found beautiful accommodation down the road for our stay. Be cautious of this place.

Great location if you like being right on the beach front to watch the waves, but no beach access. Heavy wave and surf action can be very noisy at night. Pool is nice, and gazebos and rotundas provide nice shaded seating to enjoy the views.

Beautiful property with stunning view. Staff super friendly Rooms a bit dirty and could do with a deep clean, curtins very dirty.

This property or room was run down dirty and air con sounded like a truck running all night. Couldn’t see bottom of pool it was so dirty. Furniture needs repair, and broken toilet seat, that every time I used the toilet, the seat slipped and nearly fell off. It’s an insult to the Australian people.

Fantastic location and wonderful friendly staff.If you want a no frills relaxing holiday then this is your place.Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly rated and I will return.

Delicious lunch, genuine Balinese flavours, not too hot. I dropped in for lunch, ordered Nasi Campur (mixed rice), my favourite intro to a restaurant here because it includes samples of a variety of dishes. Sitting on a comfy seat facing the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves, this is my ideal lunch in Bali.

Absolutely terrific location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room, bedding and bathroom need a major overhaul. Paint peeling on walls, bedsheets with frayed edges and towels that felt like sandpaper. In house restaurant very basic with minimal food choices.
