Dreamland View

Mi reserva no aparecia en el Sistema Llegamos al hotel despues de un largo viaje desde Seminyak. Y para nuestra sorpresa el personal nos dice que no tiene nuestra reserva. Les enseño mi confirmacion y previo pago del hotel, pero siguen insistiendo que no aparecemos en el sistema. Despues de uas risas entre ellos y nosotroa sin entender nade de lo que estaba pasando nos dicen que esperemos un ratito. Una vez "solucionado" el problema nos dicen que ha sido una doble reserva. ¿Y si no hubiera habido habitacion disponible? A quien le echo la culpa? En general todo bien, aunque solo nos quedamos a dormir no pudimos disfrutar de las amenidades del hotel.

Awful place. Totally misrepresented by photos, the whole building is a construction site / in disrepair. My room looked like it had been written off- gouges and stains on the walls, shower drain was hole in the floor, door didn’t lock, no bedside lamps, no phone (despite being told at check in to ‘call reception if any issues), no hand towels in bathroom, no fridge. I’d expect these basics as minimum given the price. Communal areas are rubble- exposed concrete, ladders, rubbish. When communication with the manager over the phone she was extremely unprofessional, rude, aggressive, told me it was not her problem, no refund is possibly as I’d ’changed my mind’ and hung up on me. I was left alone, at night, having to find last minute accommodation, down by £150 and in the middle of nowhere! DO NOT GO HERE

My room is on the 2nd floor and it has a huge balcony which have a nice view of Dreamland beach (i think most if not all of their rooms have a sea view). Even while im in bed I can still see the sea. The room’s facilities are working and we have a private entrance to the building so you don’t have to go through their reception unless you’re checking in/out. You can request for your room to be made up daily or according to your preference. The room is mostly clean except for some cobwebs on the corners of the ceiling. And the towels and floor rugs will not be changed unless you explicitly ask for it. Another thing since this area is still being developed, there’s too much moths at night especially if you turn on the balcony light - it’s the only reason i ask for a daily room clean up.
