The front office person are very friendly and accommodating towards our request. To remind all person who are going to stay there to request for hairdryer as soon as u check in as they only have 10 hairdryers in such a big hotel and the rooms do not have refrigerator. You can also request for it upon check in. Like the location very near to mall.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, I really appreciated how smooth and efficient the check-in. The staff was incredibly accommodating. I felt welcomed right from the start. Highly recommend this place for it's excellent service!

Nice hotel but needs to improve for water pressure very low. The hotel used a QR scan for registration, which is very good and paperless. Very fast c/in and c/out.

Excellent Location - Right on the main road adjacent to Discovery Mall. Rooms are clean and good food options. Property has basement parking and if you're driving a larger car, parking would be challenging as it is pretty tight. Overall great stay and would stay again the next time.

避雷！一定要避雷！落地峇裏島第一晚，前台人員還行，但是房間非常非常的糟糕。進房間一股潮濕的黴味，房間非常非常濕，很容易感覺出來，床和被單都感覺濕濕的，躺床上的時候那個枕頭我的天 一股臭味！！是非常難以忍受的臭味，我仰躺着都能聞到的那種，到最後實在受不了把枕頭扔了才睡着，看到的一定一定要避雷
