Ibis Bali Legian Street

The location is near a big supermarket so is ok, if you donmind walking like 10 minutes to the beach then is good enough. The service people were quite nice and respectful.

Lo bueno: El precio, que es ridículo, incluso bajo para ser en Bali. La atención del personal, absolutamente extraordinaria. El colchón muy bueno. La piscina, pequeña pero tranquila y muy agradable en al azotea del edificio. Wifi perfecto. Lo regular: El desayuno, está aceptable, no tiene muchas opciones pero cumple su función de sobra. El baño es el modular típico de los Ibis, cumple su función sin brillantez pero efectivamente. El espacio en la habitación que es pequeño pero suficiente. Lo malo: La situación, pese a estar en el centro de la isla, está lo suficientemente lejos para que no merezca la pena ir andando a la playa, a más de quince minutos. Los traslados son infernales y puede compensar cambiar de hotel si se cambia de zona. Las zonas comunes que están todas con necesidad de una reforma. En general, es un buen hotel, sin duda recomendable. Si vuelvo a Bali, estudiaría la posibilidad de volver allí parte del viaje.

The hotel itself is falling apart. The owner really needs to put some money into fixing this place. The bathroom was so disgusting and the smell from the drain was making me ill. Even with daily cleaning and the door closed, I had to keep spraying my room. My mums water stopped working several times during our stay. The power went out a few times, the air conditioning kept changing on its own and the kettle in my room was so badly damaged, it was literally falling apart, chunks of the plastic were breaking off into the water, these types of plastic can be harmful and carcinogenic. I ended up buying a kettle as the one in my mum's room was also bad and from previous reviews this is a common issue. Some other things to consider, when I booked it said there was a restaurant, bar, and pool bar. this isn't the case. There's an old seating area on the roof which might have been a bar once upon a Time but it's been closed down and there's signs saying no alcohol in the pool area, there's no bar in this hotel unless you want fruit juice and you can get breakfast in the morning but there's no restaurant, even room service is limited as many items were not available while we stayed here. The staff and location however are the best thing about this hotel. I wish I could give it 5 stars just because of how lovely the staff are, but the hotel is old and out dated and I feel that if the owner took the time and money to update their hotel it would benefit it greatly as the staff here are just amazingly kind and wonderful people. Please consider these upgrades, your hotel has so much potential and the staff are carrying it and they are the main reason people want to come back.

Très satisfait par cet Ibis; rien de sensationnel, mais rien de désagréable, standard de la chaine, bien placé à Legian, par contre rue très passante sur le devant, demander une chambre le plus éloignée possible, la mienne était calme mais très loin de la rue. Bon accueil dans un lobby agréable, manifestement peu de client, ma chambre était dans le standard de la chaine, rien à redire, coffre, frigo, bouilloire, fontaine d'eau dans le couloir pour la bouteille, plus écolo...Salle de bain standard, wifi bien, piscine sur le toit, mais manque d'aménagements, pas de matelas sur les transats, ni de serviettes dédiées, à revoir... Petit déjeuner en buffet très correct dans une salle qui jouxte le lobby, petit prix pour Bali, vraiment recommandable.

We were in a bit of a pinch when our booked villa cancelled and we needed a place to stay but honestly if you can stay somewhere nicer spend the extra cause this... was not the one. the pool chairs didn't have cushions, the lights didn't work, the pool lights were rusty, the key cards for the doors didn't work, when we tried to get room service half the menu was unavailable, not even the pizzas were available! The staff knock on your door to clean at 7am and wake you up, the doors are thin so you can hear everyone in the hotel at all times and the tour place out the front doesn't have any bloody pamphlets. Boo! Boo this place, go stay at the Grand Inna it's so much better
