It was a good stay, and there is 3 waterfall nearby.

The hotel was wonderful, it looks just like the pictures. We were there in the first days of March, there were only a few guests in the resort, and they were only there for a few nights. We really liked that the pool was just 2 steps from the room, the umbrella was always ready in the morning, the pool towels were beautifully decorated with flowers, and the restaurant was ready for our order at any time of the day. We ordered lunch and dinner from the pool several times and when it was ready we went to the restaurant on the other side of the pool. Our host Nada deserves 5 stars, he greeted us several times a day, always politely asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything, we had a good chat and he was always very cheerful. He treated us like his own family, his presence was always felt. The food is very delicious, ask for the floating breakfast in the pool, it is very well priced and you will really enjoy it. Was a very nice place to stay for relaxation. Unfortunately is quite far away from everything so is inconvenient if you are wanting to get out in the evenings

The hotel itself is lovely but is not in a good location - it is a long drive to the centre of Ubud and the traffic is bad!

Каждый критерий имеет свой вес, вносящий общий вклад в оценку. Поехали Расположение и транспортная доступность От аэропорта примерно 30км, для Балийцев это много. Ночью может быть проблемно уехать тем же Grab’ом. Дорога не сложная и вполне адекватная, но если брать в расчёт, что вы перемещаетесь по острову на такси или на байке-такси, то не идеально, но норм. Здесь заслуженные 800 баллов. Внешний вид Очень небольшая, но ухоженная территория, комфортно, что фактически находится «над» дорогой. Весьма уютное и действительно умиротворяющее место. За сим 1000 баллов. Номер, чистота Уборка по запросу, судя по всему. За время пребывания уборка была один раз, когда попросил. Понятно, что есть значок на ручку «уберитесь, пожалуйста», но проверить урну хотя бы раз в пару дней стоит. Что было для меня странно - уборка была часов в 15. Я заранее попросил прибраться в номере (за сутки), надеясь, что к стандартному времени заезда уже все, как раз, когда планировал вернуться из поездки. Вернулся даже позже, успел поплавать в бассейне и только после заметил, что к нам пришёл персонал. Честно говоря не критично, но если уж просить уборку, то лучше к конкретному времени, чтобы по возвращению спокойно можно было отдохнуть. Ставлю 600 Номер, формат Есть два типа номеров: на втором этаже с балконом и на первом просто с зоной отдыха в шаге от бассейна. Можно снять красивое видео :) в принципе сам номер хороший, не обшарпанный, со небольшими следами поюзанности. Но без сюрпризов, все работает, ничего не разваливается - вполне себе за свою цену. Ставлю 900 баллов. Оснащение номеров В номере есть тапочки, фен, чайник, чашки, стаканы для чистки зубов, если вы умываетесь аки в лучших домах Лондона, пепельница на балконе. Мыло, кондиционер, шампунь на месте, в дозаторах, что удобно. Здесь без вопросов. Ставлю 1000 баллов. Персонал Супер-классные ребята, отзывчивые, всегда помогут, уточнят, объяснят, расскажут. Никаких казусов не было. Удалось познакомиться лично с владельцем отеля, очень приятный человек высокой клиентоориентированности. Угостил нас хорошим чаем и вкусняшками. При заселении, к слову, подали по количеству гостей прохладительные коктейли (б/а), мелочь, а приятно. Заслуженная 1000. Питание Меню составное, необходимо вечером выбирать завтрак на утро. Время завтрака на момент написания отзыва с 8 до 11. Могут принести в номер, к бассейну или можно как белый человек поесть в барной зоне. На выбор есть континентальное, индонезийское и американское меню. Также есть веганские и наборы здорового питания. Стандартный набор: основное блюдо, холодный и горячий напиток, десерт. По мне так самый оптимальный

My buddy booked this for the. Whining of our Bali trip. We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself i/ beautiful and well looked after. The food is fantastic and the support by the staff goes without comparison! Special shout out to Maha and De Jun. The pool itself is very clean and aesthetic. With us having early mornings and late nights the staff were very accomodating to provide us with a high level of care and service. The room size is moderate to generous and the bathroom is quite large too. We also organised massages from the hotel and the masseuse comes to the hotel to make this experience even easier. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but otherwise I highly recommend. I will be back here again!

We have travelled Asia for 3 months and this was our final destination and by far the WORST place we have ever stayed. We left an Apple Watch and a Polaroid camera at the bottom of our bags and the cleaners (who also work around the hotel as receptionists/waiters etc) have STOLEN them! We reported this to reception where we were laughed at by staff unwilling to help. They simply said ‘you should have left it in the safety deposit box’ absolutely disgusting response. Your room should be a safe place for the guests and the valuables however this really was not safe. The only people in our room were us and the cleaners (this is the first room we have let cleaners in on our travels) I spoke to the manager who again laughed at us and said we had not allowed the reception staff to search our room for the belongings which was an out right lie, they had searched with us in the room. The receptionist had CCTV footage of the room but would only show us footage of myself and my girlfriend entering the room. The manor in which staff laughed at us when we were stressed was disgusting. We noticed that these belongings were missing 1 hour before we were due to depart for the airport which added a huge stress to an already stressful evening. To add to this the bedroom was filthy! There was ants, spiders and dead flies in the room as well as all over the dressing tables. We needed to fully wash many items of ours that ended up being covered in ants. The location is also not as advertised and takes A long time to get anywhere. I will be contacting *********** directly to speak about this as I will be seeking a full refund from the property so that we can re purchase the stolen items. I would highly recommend NOT staying here and paying more money to stay somewhere SAFER. This experience has put us off returning to Bali. Shocking.

En un increíble viaje MaMa e hijo por Bali - Noviembre 2022, nos quedamos una noche en The Mudru Resort by Prasi, con una valoración general de excelente, siendo este alojamiento a nuestro criterio muy recomendable. La calidad precio nos ha parecido excelente, destacar el desayuno, el complejo en general, la habitación y los detalles así como la comida en el restaurante. La bienvenida - check in ha sido bueno, con una rica bebida de bienvenida. Se puede pagar con tarjeta sin comisión alguna y el servicio durante nuestra estancia ha sido bueno. Detalles del alojamiento han sido dejar una cesta de fruta en la habitación y servir a la tarde una merienda compuesta por tè y banana frita. La ubicación es buena, al sur de Ubud, entre arrozales, muy cerca de las cascadas de Tegenungan. Las instalaciones son buenas, con un agradable jardín y piscina. Tiene restaurante, para cenar pudimos disfrutar de buena sopa curry y pato frito, con buenas guarniciones, precios arriba y hay que sumar 21% de taxas y servicio. Tiene spa pero no utilizamos sus servicios. La piscina está genial, facilitan toallas de piscina. La habitación está impecable y el baño es muy bueno. Facilitan todo tipo de amenities y detalles, destacando el kimono, las zapatillas de bambú y buenos amenities de baño. Sirven desayuno, que es amplio y muy bueno, con buen horario, se elige de un menú y hay posibilidad de recibirlo en la habitación. El WiFi bien y ninguna cuestión negativa reseñables, único alojamiento turístico de mi viaje sin ningún aspecto negativo.. Nuestra experiencia general ha sido excelente, muy satisfechos con nuestra elección, muy recomendable, en el top3 de nuestros mejores alojamientos turísticos en Bali, enhorabuena! Por la zona super recomendable es la visita a las cascadas de Tegenungan.
