Savvoya Hotel Seminyak arvostelua

I stayed for 2 night from 2 - 4 May 2022, I booked through Traveloka, but I upgraded my room into Deluxe Pool room 1006, Many mosquitos, black ants and debris on the corner inside the room, the air conditioner was not cool, and I put some drinks and food inside the small refrigerator (I bought it from outside) but when I checked out from the hotel I forgot to bring it, but the hotel DID NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL until I contacted the hotel at 5 May 2022, the staff told me to wait because he need to checked it first, after a very very long wait he told me that nothing found in our room's small refrigerator. The staff is very ignorance to wear mask properly and I don't know why they not inform me about my stuff that I forgot to bring. They just say nothing left without any solution.
