房間乾淨明亮舒適，適合住在酒店裡度假，離野生動物園很近，步行距離，但周圍環境不是很好

凄く良かったです スケールに圧倒されました バリ島の感じではなく、中世な雰囲気です そこが気にならないならば、おすすめすます ただし、少しメインから外れてます その分静かです ホテル界隈で、歩いてokで完結ならば 問題ありません

Peaceful environment

海灘度假, 定點旅遊. 服務很到位 游泳池很棒 海邊有沙灘, 雨後去沙灘感覺棒極了 附近也有很棒的景點. 建議不要去動物園.

This hotel was perfect for my first trip to Bali. I personally prefer a more isolated and quiet environment that is away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali like Ubud. Also, the price I felt was quite reasonable given that the hotel offered a large infinity pool and a great view of the Luwih beach, which look great on camera. The rooms were quite nice and the colonial architecture was also a standout feature. The only problem i would say is that it is indeed far away from most other parts of the island, including the airport, and if you prefer to walk around and explore on your own it will be difficult to do so from this hotel (although there is a beach nearby, it is not one of Bali's more famous ones). This was not a problem for me basically because for this trip I mostly just wanted to relax. Also the staff at the hotel are nice and speak pretty good English.

수영장 하루종일 전세내고 놀았습니다. 다들 투어가느라 정신이 없어요. 근처 식당에서 밥사먹고, 몸이 퉁퉁 불어 터질때까지 하루종일 수영했으나 아무도 만나지 못했어요. 정말 대 저택에 초대받아서 하루종일 빈둥거린 느낌이에요 ㅎㅎ 다만 선베드가 조금 좋아졌으면 합니다. 확실히 오래되어서 불편한것들(물온도를 온수 냉수를 돌려 조절한다던가, 에어컨에서 약간의 소리가 난다던가)이 있긴하지만 층고 이렇게 높고 우아한 호텔 저렴한 가격에 묵기 힘들거에요. 최고의 여름 휴가였습니다. 아참, 앞에 바다는 기대하지 말것... ^^

環境可以。有點貴。

入住的時候前台的英文應該很好，説得很快，但我每句都要問清楚一下，因為她的口音真的很重，聽不確定是啥意思。希望她不是認為我在找茬。我們一家三口入住一個雙人床。房間夠大，乾淨，但是舊了點。有一個陽台，是對着花園的。歡迎水果不新鮮，蘋果都爛的，提出後不太上心，等了一個半小時還沒有換過來，再催了一次就換上了。軟件服務不太滿意，特別是餐廳水平很一般，點餐後硬等了一個多小時才上菜。餐廳小帥哥看到我沒有點飲料，而是要了一杯熱水後好像不高興了。三個人吃了400多人民幣，就三盤主食。服務和出品配不上這個價格。游泳池還可以，就一個游泳池，有四張躺椅和四個懶人沙發，有住户搬餐廳的椅子放置東西，椅子不太夠。園林有很大的一片綠地，看上去很漂亮。邊上走到海邊，浪很大，沒法游泳，沙灘的黑沙很特別，陽光下亮閃閃的，拿起來像泥巴。沙灘邊上很臟，燒烤吃剩下的東西和海浪摔過來的垃圾。總的來説硬件還是很好的，配套服務和細節差了。

這家酒店地理位置非常方便，步行10分鐘可以到達Safari。酒店前面的黑沙灘第一次見，在陽光下黑沙灘閃閃發亮，海邊的浪非常大，很喜歡坐在沙灘上聽大海拍打海底的聲音。酒店的餐廳也很好，衹是我們的中國胃是在有些吃不慣印尼菜，衹能去吃西式的菜品。順便吐槽一下，如果是洲際的會員，不要通過攜程預訂，還是自己通過洲際的APP或者小程序去預訂，不要問我是怎麼知道的。我是一名洲際的金卡會員。

衞生不錯 服務周到

Location is out of the common tourist area in Bali, being right across Bali Safari. It is about 15 minutes away from Sunsri Jewelry House and Bali Bird Park, which were our fave destination. Black sand beach has strong wave so it isnt for leisure. You can only see but you shouldnt go there to play. We had a great stay, thanks to the friendly resto team (there is only 1 resto) and the lovely breakfast (you can order waffle or pancake, which isnt displayed in buffet spread) They are rebranding, recently managed by iHG. Still have renovation ongoing. Room smell a bit moldy due to the wooden bathroom door, hopefully they will replace & solve that soon.

飯店很乾淨，海景很美，早餐部門的經理也非常友善，服務很週到，只是第二天被安排的房間在二樓，視野完全被一棵大樹擋住，早上也有一群工人在樓下抽煙，是美中不足之處，在訂房時要注意他們給的房間位置，差距頗大。

Enjoyable stay . Had high tea as part of the package. Good price from trip . Enjoyed the pool as it was empty and we were the only guests at the pool . Breakfast spread was good . Beautiful black sand beach
