When I raised this with the reception, I was informed that a technician had entered to check the air conditioning. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The comfortable room, beautiful surroundings, and overall ambiance made our visit enjoyable. This property is like a ghost house. No real activity and nobody was in in this neighborhood. The property was extremely dirty. There is no proper AC in the rooms. The bathrooms were stinking. The breakfast included had foul smelling fruits which were cut maybe 2 or 3 days ago along with Vermicelli noodles sticking ( my son piled after eating). The fruit juice was kind of adulterated with water and smelling bad and upset my wife s stomach. We asked for mosquito repellent they gave a used or half burnt coil which had been left open in open and it was not able to stop them. Overall the property was kind of very old and smelling dirty. I had no sleep in the property as it had very negative vibes and I felt like it’s a ghost house. The staff are so pathetic they don’t even talk properly. They behaved so rude. One of the incharge was sleeping on the couch provided for the guests and openly smoked in from of my young children. They seems to be having 2-3 sites with the same name. They are certainly not for genuine families or honeymooners. I booked for two days and I had to vacate immediately the next morning after this unbearable situations in this property. The worst part was when I booked it they charged around 2000 HKD , or 20K INR but it’s extremely expensive for the dirty property it is right now. All the reviews it had were like maybe 10 years ago. Every review on the websites in the last 5 years was negative. I had to fight with the hotel and the trip.com to get my refund as I had to cancel my booking as it’s as an unpleasant experience. Never trust their photos or the reviews on booking websites they are all made up reviews.

I would like to give this place a -100. We reached around 10.30 in night all tired from a very long day. There were locals sitting at the entrance drinking and passing comments when we were entering. There was just one receptionist to give us keys and no one else was there to guide us. We have booked a 4bhk villa. Whole night there was no electricity, pool was filled with insects, water was dripping in all 4 rooms, no one to help us to serve water nor was one in rooms, bathroom water was stinking, and when we complained about it the manager started giving explanations but not ready to help us. we left the room next eday despite our 4 days booking which they were not ready to help us

Bad experience as they provided me room in its 2nd property which was not told earlier where the staff is too lazy

Een verschrikkelijke lokatie. We hadden een villa geboekt voor 8 personen 6 volwassene en 2 kinderen. We kregen een gemeenschappelijke ruimte bestaande uit een keukenunit zonder pannen schalen etc. Het enige wat er was een paar kopjes en een waterkoker. De airco in deze ruimte lekte water in de ruimte (gemeld maar niets aan gedaan). Verder hadden we 4 slaapvertrekken met elk een eigen badkamer. Badkamer was buiten en stond tijdens de regen helemaal blank met regelmatig kortsluiting tot gevolg. Het zwembad was voorzien van een beeld dat op instorten stond. Regelmatig brokstukken op de bodem van het zwembad. Bij het zwembad maar 2 ligbedden (we waren met zijn achten) en op het terras een tafeltje met 4 stoelen (nogmaals we waren met zijn achten). Tijdens ons verblijf van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd door oa meneer Hamsah de manager van dit complex. Deze gast regelt nog geen deuk in een pakje boter en zit alleen stom te lachen. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we recht op een shuttlebus. Niemand die ons hier iets over had verteld laat staan dat er een schrijven is waar iets vemeld staat over de gang van zaken. Ontbijt zeer slecht. Service ver beneden pijl. Receptie die ligt te slapen en met veel moeite wakker te krijgen is tijdens stroomstoring (er zou 24 uur per dag iemand beschikbaar zijn NOU MOOI NIET). Ik zou deze lokatie ten zeerste afraden te boeken (weggegooid geld). En meneer Hamsah een aanfluiting voor zo'n functie wat een jandoedel sorry voor mijn woordgebruik maar nog nooit zo'n nietsnut meegemaakt. Score op een lijst van 1 tot 10 geven wij De Dream Villa 2 een dikke 0,0 wat een aanfluiting. Ohja we hadden villa 115 in Dream Villa 2

The property shown in photos is diffrent from the actual name . The actual property named the bali dream villa 1. Given this named - the dream suite. I have bearded many losses like the cab drop me at the actual villa and from there i everyday book a cab. All cabs drop me at thr actual location and from there i have to find this one also this property have has a name on chekin list. But they have given me thr dream villa. Entry in thr room premises is done without my permision. This is not the way i sufferers a lot.

Bali dream villa is very closely located at saminyak market which is hub of all good activity. Villa is private villa owned by guest with attach swimming pool. Couples can have good time.

My overall experience was fantastic! The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, making my visit enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciated their welcoming attitude and willingness to assist. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
