部屋は申し分なく良かったです。 しかし、ホテルまでの道はかなり悪く あと回りには何もありません。 食事も食べるものが少なく、サービスに ついてもwifi の接続等悪く、水廻りも流れが悪く、部屋の清掃についてもあまり良くなかったです。 部屋のポテンシャルは高いのにもったいなく思えました。

看到圖片大門不錯吧，別墅都好新淨，但绝對不会再住，这別墅位置偏僻不特止，附近一公里什麼小店都沒有，去別墅的路簡直又爛又窄，連司机跟著導航走，都要走二次才找到

房间和配套真不错, 但往酒店的路真不太好, 沒租车的不太建议

Bien mais un peu sale et sans restaurant . Séjour top mais pas de restauration , donc un peu compliqué. Et piscine et chambre un peu sale .

Мне там понравилось. Да, дорога ужасная, но если ехать через парк GWK навигатор ведет быстрее и по лучшей дороге. В первый день сейф сломан был-быстро принесли новый. Убирали хорошо. Воду дополнительную если просили они ставили. У нас был медовый месяц нам красивые украшения из полотенец крутили. Бассейн чистый и не холодный. Персонал очень вежливый. Есть добрая девочка-собачка и кошечка🥰колонка на вилле это вишенка на торте. Можно гоуджек заказывать с едой. Так же мы заказывали плавающий вкусный Американский завтрак-принесли и оформили лучшим красивым способом. Не тревожили, проблем не было. Общим бассейном не пользовались, один раз загорали. Территория чистая и красивая🫶👍

The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property.

We just want to voice some concerns we had with the service and cleanliness of the stay: - no fridge in the room (we had to ask for one) - partner was vegetarian with dietary requirements and for two days the order was wrong. -after the room was cleaned, the hand towels weren't replaced and we needed to ask for new ones. - bed sheets were dirty and stained in two separate occasions of our stay. - on the second day, we were locked out of our room for 30 mins due to faulty door lock and staff needed to climb the walls for access. - two occasions where the bath towels had stains and didn't look clean. Had to share the less stained one -ants all over the bathroom and intruding into the room. -cigarette ash found at the edge under the bath in the bathroom after we were out all day. -laundry service was returned damp and was charged twice. -upon check out there were duplicate charges for laundry and floating basket/room service fee We are thankful that management was flexible on the food delivery services, due to dietary requirements. However, we were asked to not leave reviews in exchange for voiding the transaction of final payment of approx AUD$102.30 Management requested Credit card details, before indicating that they could not refund, and requesting Bank details. Very questionable.

What a beautiful, peaceful place. Spectacular views, the sunset over the famous Garuda statue is awesome. We had a delicious 4 course seafood dinner specially prepared by the manager, Mr. Adhi ,table setting on the top deck facing the Garuda with the sunset. I'll never forget this memorable stay and will come back to stay here again. Mr. Adhi was such a pleasant man and nothing was too difficult for him. The staff were so genuine. We had in house massages by a lovely lady, Dion. The room is large and so the bathroom. The indoor swimming pool with lounge was a bonus. Lovely free breakfast. Absolutely beautiful place. A big thanks to the manager and his team for making our stay memorable.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Akhyana per dieci notti a dicembre. Vero, arrivarci è complicato a causa della strada tenuta davvero male, ma in 15 minuti a piedi si può arrivare al ristorante/bar Mapogu, dove i Grab arrivano in un attimo, e vicinissimo al Mapogu ci sono anche due supermercati. Noi per spostarci nei dintorni abbiamo noleggiato lo scooter che ci offriva la Villa e tante volte abbiamo risolto così il fatto che alcuni Grab non venissero fino lì. La zona in compenso è super tranquilla, la camera è fantastica. Lo staff tanto gentile, sorridente e disponibile (anche per messaggio). Purtroppo non si è capita bene l’apertura del ristorante, dalle 8 alle 15, ma la sera sempre chiuso. Ecco, dopo aver chiesto un paio di volte se si potesse prenotare un tavolo per cena, hanno aperto il ristorante solo per noi. Quindi mi sento di dire che il personale, se c’è la possibilità fa qualsiasi cosa per venire incontro all’ospite. Se non desiderate uscire, potete mangiare in camera ordinando da GoFood, i fattorini arrivano fino alla reception a pochissimo prezzo. La piscina della Villa privata era all’ombra, ma al contrario la piscina sulla terrazza era sempre soleggiata, infatti quando volevamo stare al sole noi andavamo su. Di solito in terrazza non c’era mai nessuno, probabilmente perché avendo tutti una piscina in camera, preferivano stare nella propria privacy. Infine vorrei aggiungere che pur sembrando un posto losco da raggiungere (in particolare la notte in quanto non sono presenti illuminazioni sulla strada), è super tranquillo e super sicuro: la gente è sempre disposta ad aiutarti… ma questa è proprio la caratteristica meravigliosa della gente di Bali.
