Worst experience ever I don't usually write reviews, but I want to share my worst experience with this place. I'm not a tricky person. Especially for budget friendly places like this, I think price makes up for all the other cons. So this is what happened. My flight to Bali was scheduled to arrive late at night. I didn't want any trouble checking in, so I delivered my late arrival to the owner through the customer service of the platform I used for booking. I also sent a message on WhatsApp to the owner when I arrived in Bali that I have made a reservation for two nights and that I will be arriving soon. The owner read the message but did not reply. When I finally reached the place, there was no one at the reception but a piece of torn paper with my name and room number on it. Everything was fine then. But when we got into our room, there was man's underwear and used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. I was not happy about it, but I didn't mind it much either. It was a cheap room, after all. The next morning, we got out of the room for sightseeing and encountered the staff. She asked me if we were checking out, and I told her that we had one more night to stay. I also asked her, with a smile on my face, to remove former guests' underwear from the bathroom. She said she would do so. And we left the place for a couple of hours and when we came back, the nightmare began. All our stuff was piled up in the lobby. The staff said that we have booked for only a night. They took our things out without asking and gave the room to another guest. I showed her my reservation, and she delivered it to the owner. I thought it'll all go well then. Of course, it didn't. The owner asked me, "If you made a reservation for the second night, why is it not on my list?" How am I supposed to know that??? She kept saying that there's nothing she can do because all the rooms are fully booked and that I should look for another accommodation. I reached the customer service of the reservation platform for help. They told me that they would talk to the owner and figure things out. So I told the owner that the customer service would call her and that she should talk to them. But the customer service failed to reach the owner on the phone. "She doesn't answer the calls," they said. The only staff in the lobby also disappeared. There was nothing we could do but to look for new accommodation, as suggsted by the customer service. What's more frustrating is that the man's underwear and used toilet paper that I asked the staff to get rid of were piled up with our belongings. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We totally wasted a couple of hours of our time and had to get transportation with our own expense. The owner did not compensate for any of that. But this was not the end. When I got to the new accommodation, I found out that one of my electronic devices was missing. It was not much of a value, but it was important for me. So I had no choice but to talk to the owner once again. I sent her a message on WhatsApp, but she didn' t reply right away, so I had to go back all the way to this place. I talked to the staff and the owner. They both told me that all our things were out for collection. What in the world did I do so wrong to deserve all this? Does it make sense to remove guest's belongings without asking? Thanks to them, I had the worst experience of my lifetime. I will never visit Bali again, thanks to them. I hope that I will be the last victim of this place.

Лучший отель в убуде за такую цену. Расположение идеально, на центральной улице, причем в номере тишина и вид из окна или с балкона на лес где никого никогда нет, только вараны и белки бегают). Незнаю откуда тут отрицательные отзывы, некоторые из них явно не про этот отель.

性價比很高，衞生很乾凈，地理位置也很好離鎮中心近，走所有景點都是大概5分鐘，當然啦，服務和設施都是最基本的，不能要求太多，總體來説非常不錯。

Very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and they have a cool water dispenser for tea, coffee, noodles, or drinking.

Muy bien. Buena wifi, bastante limpio y bastante tranquilo. Me dejaron entrar antes. Muy económico, más que Booking o Agoda. No tiene desayuno ni es útil para personas con movilidad reducida.

Economic and clean with good location

Rating is just average. Very less amenities in room. The worst thing is unnecassary decoration of picture & orientation of mirror. That makes people scared at night.

The view out in the forest was really the only thing nice of the room. The room was full of mosquitoes and too close to the main road of Ubud ( there wasnt basically even a front door). When addressing these two big issues and asking to change the room the owner laughed at us. 😅 Not recommending it.

住的03房，WiFi好弱，在房間斷斷續續的。廁所沒通風口，沒有牙刷牙膏也就算了，免費送的兩瓶水也沒有，房間還有股難聞的氣味。國內幾十塊錢的招待所水平。地理位置還行，距離烏布皇宮五分鐘路程。

It was great compared to their price

На одну ночь может быть, находится в центре, удобно, сотрудники приветливые. Но чистота так себе(( были волосы на постели и висело грязное полотенце в ванной, от прежнего гостя. Как будто в номере и не убирались( в этом не понравилось 😣 фото не оригинальное… в реале не такое…

몽키포레스트와 도심과 근접합니다 깨끗하게 유지되고 있으나 벌레가 많아 준비되어있는 모기장을 꼭 사용해야 합니다 방음이 잘 되지 않고 수압이 약하며 따뜻한 물이 잘 나오지 않습니다 또한 헤어 드라이어가 구비되어 있지 않고 요청하자 내일 준다고 하였으나 룸넘버등을 체크하지 않았습니다 룸넘버 채크를 요청하자 체크하는 시늉만 하고 마지막까지 헤어드라이어를 받지 못하였습니다

Great location near great restaurants and cafes, as well as the Campuhan Ridge Walk. Basic amenities, little room lighting and bathroom could have been better maintained but sewage system overall in Ubud is not great. Had some difficulty finding a contact number or email for the front desk but was able to contact via whatsapp after a few days.
