太差勁了，為了離碼頭近點定的，後悔聽信了小紅書推薦，還是要選星級酒店，前一天晚上住在凱賓斯基後一天住在這的落差。 1.衞生：户外座椅是爬滿螞蟻的，室內也到處是污漬。 2.服務：最差，一顆星都不想給，行李是不會有人提的，服務員臉是冷的，要早餐還要看臉色的，浴巾是不會換的。 3.設施：同最差，一顆星也不想給，小小一個大門永遠緊閉，剛到這司機和我都愣住了，像是去誰家了，按了多次門鈴沒反應，進來對你説的第一句話是“下次按一次門鈴”。最最最離譜的，沒有牙刷就算了，吹風機一個酒店衹有兩個！！我真的笑死 別住，求求你們了

非常差勁，該有的設施都沒有，真的配不上這個價格，跟我們在水明漾住的酒店真的是天差地別，價格都比這個便宜200，不知道怎麼有臉收費這麼高的

객실이 조용하고 너무 좋았어요. 샤워실이 객실 안 정원에 있어서 새로운 느낌들고 행복했어요! 오전뿐만 아니라 저녁에도 턴다운 서비스를 해주시는데 넘 좋았습니다^^ 버틀러 분들도 다 친절하고 수영장도 예뻐요. 추천드립니다.

Magnifique Etablissement magnifique ! Design, propreté, service, confort, décoration. Excellente situation. Seul petit bémol : pas de restauration sur place (hors petit-déjeuner, très bon d'ailleurs). Mais de nombreux établissements à proximité. Une mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure bordée de végétation qui, à elle seule, est un pur moment de bonheur !

Beautiful property, very clean and walkable to the beach.

From the moment you step onto this property, you feel like you've come home. Fitri and the team are welcoming, great communicators, patient, understanding, fun and engaging. They respect your privacy but are always there if you need anything. Beautiful grounds, so well laid out. Design and feel fits right in with the local Bali atmosphere. Villas are clean, spacious, welcoming and relaxing. Bathroom is a unique design and you feel like you're in another world, with nature. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, just enough to get your day started. With a pool and on site massage available, it really is something to experience.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce charmant havre de paix. L’hôtel dispose de 6 chambres sur un jardin avec une belle piscine. La décoration raffinée et chic de style Balinaise /Japonaise est une merveille . Situé à 15´ à pied du centre au calme . Le personnel est au petits soins et le service irréprochable. Impeccably clean, modern decor, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a great breakfast. A little far away from the beach and shops but its cheap and easy to get Gojek everywhere. Highly recommend.

We initially didn’t have a high expectation given the price and size of the guest house. The property feels more like a private villa. Other guests staying in the property were all well-mannered and friendly. The location is perfect for those who prefer the quieter / less touristy side of Sanur, and the surrounding streets are very clean. The condition of the room was immaculately clean and well maintained despite the fact that it’s been around for just over 5 years. The butlers were super friendly and approachable yet professional- big shout out to Siapa 🙏 Great for couples or families who value bespoke service and privacy over grandeur resorts and facilities.

I am Japanese. This hotel was very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious. I feel that it is good compared to typical Japanese hotels, but I do wish there were some improvements. ①Toilet ventilation equipment It's a little disappointing that there is no ventilation in the toilet. ②Difficult to ensure privacy The doors to the toilet and living room are made of slit-like wood, so there is no sound insulation. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
