落地峇裏島的第一家酒店 雖然有點偏但是確實是世外桃源 很舒服 服務人員很熱情 酒店前台的小姐姐 必須特殊表揚一下 很晚了想去超市買水 也是開車帶我們出去了 非常好

很普通 很偏僻 非常非常的便宜 交通很不方便 設施很一般 水龍頭的水是鹹的 體驗很差勁 洗澡刷牙很不舒服 以後不會考慮這一個地方…

對於這個價位的酒店來説，服務和細節做的都不太好。酒店蚊子特別多，但是連蚊香都沒有。四星級酒店，竟然連拖鞋都沒有配。酒店入住的人很少，確實很安靜。早餐比較簡單，倒是比較乾淨。

The love for the detail and hospitality business is missing at this property. It could be Bali‘s finest with more investment and LOVE… Hand it over to a professional owner.

酒店真心不錯, 但入住客户不多

Bien placé et pratique avec personnel super sympa

Kamers ruiken muf, badkamer stinkt naar riolering, kussens vol schimmel, hout bij het zwembad is aan het rotten, gebouwen zijn verloederd en heeft meer iets weg van een spookgebouw. Behang onder de vlekken, gescheurd en hangt los, vlekken in het beddengoed. Vloer is vies, als je zonder slipper loopt, wordt je onderkant zwart. Spiegels en vloer onder de vlekken die zij er niet meer uitkrijgen. Kortom: zwaar verloederd, vies en smerig verblijf. Service net zo dramatisch: we wilden er geen nacht blijven maar zijn overgehaald om toch 1 nacht te blijven en dat we dan 2 van de drie nachten terug zouden krijgen. Echter was dit een leugen, we hebben geen geld terug gehad. Doe je zelf een plezier, Bali heeft veel mooie, schone, luxe verblijven voor veel minder geld. Tot slot: na 1 nacht daar geslapen te hebben de volgende dag beiden uitslag op ons lichaam!

I went on family vacation on august and stay at the villas, even they are not luxury our experience could be better if management in charge could have taken responsibility of their staff. Since arrival I realized there are no safety boxes, so expectation is that totally confidence in what you leave in your villa is safe, there are no cameras outside villas. I got robbed and reported inmediately to manager and supervisors but unfortunately no one assume responsibility of not having correct security in the hotel. If you decide to book here just be sure that you are totally on your own as no one will respond for your safety.

Excellent stay and amazing service!! We spent 2 months at Sterling Villa's and the service and staff made it feel like our 2nd home. The villas are great, very private, quiet and comfortable with excellent wifi which was important as we were working remotely. Special thanks to Rudy, Yoga, Agus, Ryan, the housekeeping team and kitchen crew for making our stay so wonderful!

This place isn't bad except for the part where we felt cheated during our booking as they labelled themselves as 'Hideaway Luxury Villa' in Agoda which is misleading. We asked question about the villa booked but they answered in an indirect way. We proceeded ahead with the reservation thinking it was Hideaway Uluwatu. We actually went to Hideaway Uluwatu to checked-in and only to be told that there was no such reservation. It wasted our time to travel there and took us longer to find out where our actual booking is that we missed out our travel to Uluwatu temple to experience the kecak dance. We were disappointed with our booking and entire travel experience to Uluwatu. In all honesty, the villa is nice with it being spacious but requires more upkeeping as there was ants on the bed and a little dusty. If there were being upfront with their headline and villa name, I would have given them good scoring. This place is still under construction as they were halted due to the pandemic. I see potential in them and hopefully they would be more honest in their promotion. Staffs were friendly and nice
