Hotel has great views from the top. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool and gym. Rooms are quite big and clean. Breakfast has lots of choices. Location is bit away from the beach but they have shuttle for drop off only. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Good location..but got lot insects..worker good..villa is big.....

We've booked the whirlpool room, to be honest the room cleanliness is not that good, maybe is due to the moisture of the location. Their service is really top notch, good attitude good smiling and even offer us breakfast box when they know that we're going out in the morning and can't have breakfast. Still recommended!

Service from the staff was awesome.. Room is big.. Just the toilet has unpleasant smell.. Breakfast was great with nice view... Jazzuzi kinda dirty so we didn't use it... Hotel is inside a alley.. But there's is shutter till 9pm to bring u out to shopping mall..

Nice 4 star hotel with free buggy to nearby beach and Seminyak mall/sq. Buffet breakfast is good but aircon and bathroom is a bit of a disappointment.

+ve: Good Location - in central Seminyak, same locale with W Bali and Potato Head. Good Service - nice staff, shuttle bus to Seminyak Square. Security guard will check the seats when we alight from Grab cars.
-ve: Poor Hygiene - rooms on 1/F (ground) have smell emerging from toilet, possibly due to the gutters and sewers. Tiles, tables, wall and decoration in the room are trapped with stains and dust. Blankets and towels also have stains in less obvious areas. Seem they have never wiped or cleaned after guests checking out. Door to the balcony cannot be closed completely, leaving gap through which insects and mosquitoes come into the room.

Leider konnten wir keine guten Erfahrungen im De Vins Hotel erleben.
Wir waren zwei Pärchen jeweils mit einem Whirpool Zimmer. Beide Zimmer rochen feucht, muffig und schimmelig. Die Wände waren feucht und der Whirlpool aufgrund von Schmutz und Kalk nicht zu benutzen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr abgewohnt und in keinem guten Zustand. Dazu kamen viele Moskitos, die durch die nicht dichtschließenden Türen immer wieder ins Zimmer kamen.
Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir erst ein Trocknungsgerät und als dies auch nicht half am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer. Dies war etwas besser, jedoch leider alles andere als ein Highlight.
Das Personal war stets freundlich, allerdings hilft ein Lächeln in dieser Situation nicht weiter. Weder eine Erstattung, noch sonst ein entgegen kommen wurde angeboten.
Das Frühstück soweit ist gut und auch der Shuttle Service ist gut.

I love love love my stay in this hotel. From the moment you walk in ; you get that welcome vibe from the staff and lovely people around you. Each of the staff are very passionate and welcoming and know what they are doing. They love their job man and it's hard to see these days. Everyone is willing to help and make things easy for you. The breakfast, rooms, location, staff, pools, food and spa sauna and leisure activities were an add on for the price we paid:) will surely be coming back with my family. Special thanks to Ashi for taking care of us and ensuring our smooth stay:) you guys have certainly set the standards for hotel stay and services:)

Location was abit deep in around 200m from Main Street but the hotel does provide shuttle service to nearby beach or seminyak square from 9am-9pm which is very convenient to utilise.
Only tried the breakfast which has a wide variety of food and a very good ambient on the rooftop.
Bathtub water overflowed but the drainage wasn’t very efficient as water was flowing towards the bathroom door and onto the room’s wooden floor plank.
Bathroom soap and room tissue not refilled.
Sorry for the specifics but overall was still a pretty good experience as the staff in the main lobby was always smiling and ready to greet/provide.
Will recommend their motorbike rental as well as it was convenient and fuss free, 100k/150k per 24 hr + - very accommodating! 👍🏼
