Ok for a day lay over, nothing to write home about

My first time experience in this hotel , the good things is the location .. but for the room dunno why so damp.. and u can hear ur neighbor noise 😬..

設施：很老舊，根本不值這個價格，水池都是*的 衞生：一般 環境：除了頂樓，沒什麼拿得出手的 服務：讓我們等了一小時，催了好幾次，並且業不幫忙拿行李，有水也不主動提供。退房的時候讓等了20min，非常差勁的體驗。

Our stay at Wyndham by Ramada Sunset Kuta was truly special, but what made it unforgettable was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, and the entire experience was made even more wonderful thanks to Lakshmi, Dedi, Dennis, Christian, and Yuda. They went out of their way to surprise us with a beautiful birthday celebration, complete with a delicious cake, heartfelt wishes, and the kind of personal touch that makes a place feel like home. It wasn’t just about the celebration—it was the way they made us feel genuinely cared for. Their smiles, their attention to detail, and the effort they put in meant so much to us. Beyond that, the hotel itself was fantastic—comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a perfect location for exploring Kuta. But honestly, it was the people who made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Lakshmi, Dedi, Dennis, Christian, and Yuda, for making our time so special! We’ll always cherish these memories and can’t wait to visit again.

Mosquitos in the room, poor washrom , room walls paint in bad condition. Unmaintained property. Very limited and poor Indian food options.

Our stay at ramada was marked by an excellent room and even better service. The hospitality requires special mention. The complimentary breakfast that came with the room was filled with delectable delights. The location of the hotel was an added advantage.

We had no other option but to book this hotel they didn’t even change the bed sheet, there were stains all over it. The sink was clogged hotels interior were good but the room i’ve got was pretty bad may be other rooms were better but i’m not sure
