延長して滞在しました。素敵なスタッフと美味しいレストランで朝ご飯。清潔感もあり、お部屋も広々でした。 ロケーションがとてもいいので徒歩圏内でいくつかのカフェにもいけます。ビーチまでもバイクですぐです。

В целом отель норм! Всё рядом. Персонал выше всяких похвал, очень душевные, заботливые. Завтраки не большие, но вкусные. В номере не работало то одно, то другое. Но персонал приходил и всё исправлял, не понятно, почему до заезда нельзя привести в порядок всё в номере. Каждый день, кроме уборки, в номер заходили включать подсветку на балконе, не очень приятно, ощущение присутствия персонала как-то сохраняется. Но в целом, отличный вариант. Бассейн не пробовала.

Always a good time staying here! Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Room is huge and clean. We had issues with the a/c in our first room and had to pay to upgrade to another room. Would have hoped that it was free since it was a technical fault on their end but its okay! Definitely my go-to place to stay in Canggu

Tepa was a lovely place to stay with welcoming hosts and a great service.

It is overall a reasonable stay. Close to restaurants. Canggu is laid back compared to Kuta , Semayak. Breakfast is not great . Management has to work on it

This hotel ever morning is super noisy ，I was woken up by those noise form the alley beside my room almost every day.and the smells from the alley is terrible. Outdated facilities，dirty towels. just really a bad experience.

Great location to hotspots, I walked out from the hotel. Only gripe was that roads aren’t paved and it can be a little dangerous walking on the road where traffic is heavy and there’s some blind spots because of the shape of the road. Room was dated but clean. I stayed in 239, there were stains on the bathroom floor and the shower head was worn. Staff were really lovely too!

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! Great location, beautiful grounds. The best service… such beautiful staff. Super comfortable beds, villa was AMAZING and HUGE!! Food was also incredible!!! I will 100% come here again :) Highly recommended!

Great hotel in a fairly peaceful location for such a busy place. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The bed was one of the biggest we have ever slept on and was very comfy and the aircon was great. We were in a pool access room but it did feel a bit exposed being so close to the pool so I would recommend the pool view rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors instead unless you are going to be in and out of the pool all day. Don't make the mistake of thinking you will be in the massive wooden lined room in the photos.. that is the villa ! Rookie mistake haha

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het bed ligt lekker en de kamer werd elke dag schoon gemaakt. Wat vooral erg opviel, is dat het personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk is. “Yogi”, een medewerker, kwam uit zichzelf gember thee brengen op een dag dat ik me wat minder voelde. Ook konden we gebruik maken van een leen scooter van het hotel zelf en werden we bij aankomst opgehaald van het vliegveld. Ook is de locatie van het hotel perfect. Vlakbij alle leuke dingen en toch rustig gelegen, midden in het drukke Canggu. Alles bij elkaar een 10/10! Echt een aanrader dus!

Fijne plek, heel centraal. Mooie kamer, goed onderhouden en heerlijk zwembad Ook ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker.

The staff were hospitable as always in Bali - HOWEVER, our stay at Tapa Tepi Kali was unfortunately a battle, hence the overall one star. We booked the Deluxe Pool Access room - the room itself was freshly renovated, a big room with a big bed and strong air-conditioning. The bathroom was a massive disappointment. I blame ******* here, as the photos were minimal, clearly angled at the shower door only. The bathroom was not renovated, with what appeared to be an old outdoor glass door that swung inwards giving even less space. Only one person can fit in there at a time, also not to mention it was filthy. There was rust in ever corner, dust and dirt - the floor was also hideously dirty. We brought this to the attention of staff, who stated they would give a deep clean. Not much changed, in addition to the fact it was still far too small. We again informed the staff as well as ******* of our dissatisfaction, who were both extremely unhelpful. The staff said we could upgrade to the Villa - at a cost - more than it was through *******, and even though this room was available throughout our stay. Being a Gold Member and this property being VIP Access, I was expecting far better service. This left a bitter taste in our mouth, and we checked out 5 days early. ******* did not help to adjust our stay or even give us alternate options or partial refund. I have used ******* consistently and exclusively for years and unfortunately will now be changing travel platforms.

Good service, staff is very friendly and kindess, the breakfast so delicious , and the hotel close to the beach , just 15 minute by walking, i have good experience stay with this hotel, next year i will be back with my family or my future wife maybe hehehe
