Приехала в неубранный номер))) утром комнату залило водой 🤣 потом все отмыли более-менее Тихое месторасположение! Напротив супермаркет Персонал очень отзывчивый. В целом наверно не очень хотела бы сюда вернуться))))

酒店環境差，有曱甴，多項設施生銹有污積（例如水龍頭，花灑等等），冷氣機一開會好大塵，不斷打乞嗤。 本來房間配套跟預訂描述不同，向酒店職員查詢後，職員回覆這是舊相片，已經不復存在，重點本身預訂時是包括陽台，最後說只是2樓房間才有，嚴重照騙。

I’m here for a month and I love it. The room is very good, fridge, safe, hair dryer, air con, comfy bed. The pool is a good size. You need a bike or use local Gojek to go to the beach although I’m happy to walk. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I tried the restaurant tonight and although there menu is not extensive it’s was very very good, tasty and really well presented withal the added touches. I had a cocktail too that was perfect. Nothing not too like.

service was average, location wasn't great, the room was ok. The hotel restaurant was bad! they had 4 beers on the menu, but only had 1 in stock. The food was okay, but that was it, just okay. We asked for 2 different desserts, both of which were also not available and the one we had (creme brulee) was terrible. We checked out the next day. the staff were trying their best, but they haven't received ample training. The hotel is noisy, not in a great location. Do not recommend.

This hotel had everything i needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend having a simple flyer at the front desk or in the rooms explaining Gojek and maybe some nearby attractions.

I moved to this hotel after falling ill and not being able to cope in a hostel. The staff went above and beyond to help me and allowed me to check in early so I could rest. The room was clean and the aircon was very good. Very peaceful villa and lovely pool area! Just what I needed :)
