Terrible service! We have booked a hotel for a trip to Ubud. But the day before, the main road to Ubud collapsed. ********************************************************************** Of course, we couldn't move into it, risking our lives to get there. Requested cancellation 2 days before check-in. At first, the hotel said that they were not in Ubud, but in Canguu, so there was no risk. We gave them the address from Google maps, and they recognized that it was the address of the hotel. But the hotel still did not refund the money for the booking, despite the transportation emergency. They only apologized for the inconvenience. This is how the hotel embezzles tourists' money without actually providing services, just because they want to.
