Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali arvostelua

Very incredible and luxurious hotel, kind and welcoming staff, you feel that you are so welcomed, the hotel is so clean with spacious rooms, the breakfast buffet was the best , too many cuisines and family friendly, with lots of choices. The staff are so friendly with nice smile. We really enjoyed our stay there and one of the best 5 stars hotels in Bali with very reasonable price

Чудесный новый отель. Есть с чем сравнивать, за свою цену у него нет альтернативы. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Компактный, при этом все есть. Хороший рестаран, где могут приготовить ребенку индивидуально (вареная курица, картошка пюре) Очень вкусный кофе Есть детская комната, деткам 2 и 6 лет было очень интересно, в комнате обычно других детей нет. На пляже есть бесплатные лежаки от отеля. На пляже шикарные виды в закат, вкусные кафе с морской кухней. Большие волны, но под ногами песок, камней нет, купаться можно, только осторожно) Отель однозначно рекомендуем, сами планируем в него вернуться. Ps: я большой любитель острых том ям и везде его кушаю, на завтраке попробовал том ям, он самый острый из всех которых я пробовал, его просто не возможно есть, его же никто из гостей не ест. Остроту явно надо снизить а 3-4 раза.

Отличный отель. Свежий, очень удачно расположен. Прямо напротив в хода на пляж. Рядом много мест где можно поесть.

Шикарный отель. Брали номер с видом на океан. Большой, две раковины, ванная с красивым видом. Закаты превосходные. Два бассейна на территории. На крыше в баре можно покурить кальян. Персонал очень приветлив. Ощущается уровень сервиса. Через дорогу есть прекрасные кафе на берегу с морепродуктами.

I booked and paid for a premium ocean-view room and made repeated requests for a quiet room. The staff at check-in even confirmed I would get one. That was a complete lie. Instead, I was placed directly under their rooftop Sunset Bar, with blaring, unbearable music shaking the walls. It was like trying to sleep inside a nightclub. I immediately complained and asked to move rooms. They showed me “options” that were all worse than what I paid for. In the end, I was left with no real choice and had to settle for a downgraded room, at least $100 cheaper than the one I booked — and no, they refused to refund the difference. The nightmare didn’t end there. The new room was just as bad — nonstop barking dogs, loud traffic, thumping noises from upstairs, and bright light from the hotel sign flooding the room all night. It was impossible to sleep, and I had an international flight the next morning. I left the hotel exhausted, furious, and regretting ever booking here. The hotel tried to buy me off with late check-out and an airport transfer. Please — that doesn't fix anything. I was not given what I paid for. The service was dishonest, the infrastructure terrible, and the management completely unhelpful. I’ve since discovered I’m not the only one. There are many similar complaints online. This hotel knows their rooms are noisy and unfit — and they’re still taking people’s money. Save yourself the stress and stay away from Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach. They do not care about guests. They only care about covering their failures with excuses and empty offers.

Our second stay at this hotel. We just love to return as we love the location and ambiance of the hotel. Family room is big and just perfect for families with young kids. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The rooftop bar is a must visit especially during sunset time. Overall, a great stay in we wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Good hotel but it’s in Jimbaran so it might not be close to other places.

入住了金巴蘭白金酒店，體驗堪稱完美！ 踏入酒店，五星級的奢華氛圍撲面而來。大堂經理是位熱情洋溢的小姐姐，她臉上掛着極具感染力的笑容，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊，辦理入住的過程也高效又貼心。 酒店的房間更是將舒適與檔次完美融合，每一處細節都盡顯品質，住起來愜意又安心。這裏的配套設施相當豐富，有清澈的泳池，暢遊其中，盡情享受度假的悠閑；設備齊全的健身房，讓健身愛好者也能在旅途中保持鍛鍊；還有氛圍浪漫的酒吧，點上一杯雞尾酒，小酌微醺，十分愜意。 最讓我難忘的是，在這裏可以直接欣賞到絕美的金巴蘭日落，晚霞將天空染成橙紅色，波光粼粼的海面美不勝收。另外，酒店的spa一定要體驗，手法專業的技師，搭配宜人的香薰，全身心都得到了放鬆，舒服到不想結束。這次入住金巴蘭白金酒店，收穫了一段超棒的度假時光，下次來峇裏島，還選這兒！
